Dakota State (NAIA - SD): Dakota State has an immediate opening for the Offensive Coordinator position. Those with skilled college position coaching experience preferred. Mississippi State: Jeff Lebby is expected to add North Texas offensive line coach Jon Cooper and Oklahoma assistant quarterbacks coach to the staff in Starkville, per Pete Thamel. Cooper was an offensive analyst with the Sooners prior to joining the North Texas staff.

Gettsburg (D-III - PA): Gettysburg College invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Football Coach/OFFENSIVE Coordinator. Gettysburg is an undergraduate liberal arts and sciences college, which enrolls approximately 2,400 primarily residential students. Oklahoma: After losing former Sooner Jeff Lebby to Mississippi State, two former Sooners will co-coordinate the OU offense in 2024

North Park University (D-III - Chicago, IL): North Park is accepting applications for a Full-Time Assistant Coach/ Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Position includes a competitive salary with full benefits. The preferred on-field position is offensive skill, but all positions will be considered as Strength and Conditioning will be prioritized with the hire. Recruiting is expected but responsibilities can vary based on the chosen candidate. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, Strength and Conditioning certification and be committed to North Park’s mission of Christian higher education. Strong interpersonal skills, a tireless work ethic, and a desire to learn are essential to the position. Arkansas: Arkansas has announced Bobby Petrino as its next offensive coordinator

Northern Iowa (FCS): Former Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby will serve as interim AD at UNI, per ESPN. Bowlsby began his AD career there in 1983. UNI AD David Harris took the same position at Tulane last week. 

San Diego State: The program has formally announced the beginning of a new era with Sean Lewis as their new head coach.

Washington Commanders: Former Bills secondary coach Jim Salgado has joined the staff to help out the defensive staff following the recent dismissals of defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio and defensive backs coach Brent Vieselmeyer, per Adam Schefter.

Mississippi State: Sources tell FootballScoop defensive line coach David Turner has been retained by Jeff Lebby. 

Ball State: Sources tell FootballScoop Mike Neu is planning to have a new offensive play caller in 2024; but Kevin Lynch is expected to remain on staff in a different capacity (to be determined). Will update in coming weeks as more is clear. Lynch has been on staff since 2016, serving as offensive coordinator since 2020. 

Mississippi State: Offensive coordinator Kevin Barbay is not being retained by Jeff Lebby ESPN's Adam Rittenberg has reported this morning. 

Carson-Newman (D-II - TN): Sources tell FootballScoop that head coach Mike Clowney will not return at Carson-Newman after nearly two decades on staff.

Arizona State: Offensive coordinator Beau Baldwin is not being retained multiple outlets are reporting this morning. 

Mississippi State: Jeff Lebby is retaining Chad Bumphis, who coached the receivers this past season. Sources add that Brad Peterson (associate AD for football admin) has been let go. 

Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (JC): Brandon Niccum, the assistant head coach / co-offensive coordinator, offensive line coach and strength and conditioning coordinator at Southwest Baptist University (D-II), has accepted the offensive line / run game coordinator job. 

West Florida (D-II): The University of West Florida Football Program is seeking opponents for the 2024, 2025 & 2026 football season. Looking for away games in 2024 either 9/14 or 9/28, seeking a home game in 2025 on 9/20 & open to away or home games in 2026 on 9/12 or 9/19. Garden City CC (JC - KS): Kiyoshi Harris, the former head coach and defensive coordinator at Independence CC (JC - KS), has been announced as the new head coach.

Christopher Newport (D3 - VA): Christopher Newport University located in Newport News, VA is looking to sign a home and home agreement for the 24/25 seasons. Possibility of just a one-time game next year as well. The open date is Week 1. Looking for locations within busing distance. Texas A&M: Offensive line coach Steve Addazio and receivers coach Dameyune Craig are not being retained, per multiple reports.

Arkansas Pine Bluff (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop that offensive coordinator Bobby Acosta and the program are parting ways after one season.

Michigan State: The Spartans have released the contract info for Jonathan Smith, who will have a significantly higher salary pool to work with than his predecessor.

Tim Brewster: After stepping down from Coach Prime's staff at Colorado seemingly just hours ago... Tim Brewster has landed his next opportunity.

Notre Dame: Marcus Freeman is making a major staff change in South Bend, sources tell FootballScoop.

Dan Mullen: The former Florida and Mississippi State head coach addresses his candidacy for open college head coaching jobs, including the one at Indiana.

Carolina Panthers: Fox NFL analyst and former Panther Greg Olsen wants to be offered the head coaching job.

Grambling (FCS - LA): Sources tell FootballScoop Hue Jackson and Grambling are parting ways.

William Jewell (D-II - MO): Sources tell FootballScoop that the school is opening a national search for their new head coach.
