FBS Staff Tracker: The 2020-21 FBS Staff Tracker page, where you can see how each new head coach is filling their staff, is up and running.

DFO Meetings: Doors open tomorrow at 12:30 pm for registration. 2:00 pm Meetings begin. Speakers tomorrow include: Mike McHugh (Fresno), Antonio Huffman (Texas Tech), Sonny Dykes (SMU Head Football Coach) and NCAA reps. 6:30-8:30 pm Longhorn Lockers Social. Spouses and special guests are welcome to join for the social. UPDATE TO Friday's schedule: Buses will now leave for AT&T Stadium at 1:50 pm, personal vehicles may follow. If you are driving your personal vehicle please park in Entry A (Lot 1, northeast corner) at the stadium. Bus will take you back to the airport (if needed) following the AT&T Stadium tour. We have moved the tour up to 3:00 pm to help facilitate anybody that needs to fly out Friday evening. Longhorn locker tour will follow for those interested. Carolina Panthers: Albert Breer tweets that both Eagles assistant director of player personnel Ian Cunningham and Bills director of player personnel Dan Morgan interviewed virtually for the assistant GM job today.

SMU: After serving as an analyst last season Kenny Perry is being promoted to special teams coordinator, Billy Embody tweets. We can confirm the hire. Perry is the former co-defensive coordinator and special teams coach at Kansas.

Michigan: Sources tell FootballScoop that the Wolverines are seeking to add to personnel staff with hire from the SEC.

Rhodes College (D-III - TN): After allowing 111 points to his offenses in their last two meetings, Rhodes has made Berry College offensive coordinator Rich Duncan its new head coach.

Eastern Washington (FCS): EWU has made a hire...and he's coming from a rival program.

Nick Saban: The Alabama head coach's drive to be the best he can possibly be extends beyond football, and this story from The Blindside director is a great example.

Mayville State (NAIA - ND): Mayville State is looking for Week 2 games in 2022/2023. Would be looking for a home and home series. September 10th, 2022 would need to be a HOME game in Mayville, ND and September 9th, 2023 on the road. Alabama: Alabama has unveiled its own NIL program. As if that program didn't already have enough advantages, it's now prepared to arm its athletes with The Advantage.

Wisconsin Lutheran (D-III): Wisconsin Lutheran College has an immediate opening for a full time defensive and track assistant. Candidates will be responsible for coaching a position group in both sports, recruiting a geographical area, film breakdown/editing on HUDL, assisting with other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Coordinator. Bachelor’s degree required, with the ability to articulate the life-changing impact of a Christian college’s athletic program and learning community. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of football and/or track and field coaching experience at the college level with demonstrated success required. Coaching experience within a Christian private college and/or ministry environment is preferred. Candidate must have a commitment to upholding the faith based academic and athletic mission of the college. Comfort with and/or demonstrated experience in Christian mentorship of young men and women with goal of their spiritual growth based on and using God’s Word both in planned occasions and as the situation presents. Middle Georgia State (NAIA): Middle Georgia State University is looking for a part time young energetic WRs coach as well as DBs and a LBs coach for the 2021 season. Must be energetic, knowledgeable, highly organized and show commitment to leadership and developing young men both on and off the field. Previous experience coaching is preferred, but not mandatory. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting on special teams, running meetings, film breakdown/scouting reports, defensive & offensive scout team organization, assisting in various recruiting efforts, in addition to other responsibilities designated by the Offensive, Defensive Coordinator and the Head Coach. Housing will be available, No Benefits, very small Stipend. Available for practice morning and evening meetings is essential. Davenport (D-II - MI): Davenport is seeking an entry level assistant offensive line coach. Duties include, but not limited to, coaching, recruiting, video/editing operations and quality control. Minimum requirements include: Bachelors degree and college playing experience on the offensive line. salary 5K with tuition remission for grad classes. Tiffin (D-II - OH): Tiffin University Football is looking to hire two defensive graduate assistants starting June 1, 2021. This position includes a tuition waiver and monthly stipend. Successful candidates will work directly with the defensive staff and head coach. Knowledge of Visio, Hudl and Photoshop is a plus. Candidates will potentially be responsible for coaching their own position , film breakdown / data entry and all other duties assigned by the head coach. Receiving of this position is predicated upon acceptance into a Tiffin University graduate school program. Hue Jackson: Once upon a time, Hue Jackson was making NFL head coach money. Now here’s his salary at his new job as the offensive coordinator at Tennessee State (FCS).

Hastings (NAIA - NE): Hastings College (NAIA) seeks applicants for Graduate Assistant Quarterbacks Coach. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a desire and ability to become accepted into our Masters of Teaching program in the fall of 2021. Graduate Assistant Position includes: tuition waiver, $5,000 yearly stipend, iPad and all required course text books, and potential for free on-campus housing. Berlin Thunder (Europe): Christian Vitale has accepted the position of special teams . Vitale previously served as the special teams coordinator at Puma CC (JC - CA).
