VMI (FCS): Greg Meyer, who spent last year at Bethel (NAIA - TN) as pass game coordinator / wide receivers coach, is the new tight ends for the program. Before Bethel, Meyer spent a few seasons on staff at Delaware (FCS), where he worked with the tight ends, running backs, receivers and and quarterbacks during his time with the Blue Hens.

Midwestern State (D-II): Former Texas A&M Commerce (FCS) offensive coordinator Billy Riebock is being hired as the new offensive coordinator, per Dave Campbell's Texas Football.

UT Rio Grande Valley (FCS): Brian Gamble, who spent the past two seasons on staff at Texas State, has been hired as the first defensive coordinator in the program's history. Also, Dave Campbell's Texas Football shares that Midwestern State (D-II - TX) defensive backs coach Adrian McDonald is joining the staff.

Walsh (D-II - OH): Walsh University has an immediate opening for a wide receivers coach. This position is a full-time position that includes benefits. Candidates are responsible for coaching a position group, recruiting, and any other duties assigned by the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (JC): Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (JC): NEO A&M College is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Football Coach/Resident Director. This position will live in the football dorm, and oversee football players in the dorm. This position will also assist with team discipline, strength & conditioning, recruiting, film duties, practice planning, academics, equipment, on field coaching, study hall, and any other duties assigned by the head coach or coordinators. Baltimore Ravens: Chuck Smith has joined the staff as outside linebackers coach. Smith, who has been nicknamed "Dr. Rush," arrives in Baltimore after spending two decades as a pass rush trainer with stops as a consultant for numerous NFL teams during training camps, and as the defensive line coach at Tennessee in 2010.

North Carolina: North Carolina has made a change to its primary special teams analyst role, sources tell FootballScoop.

Eastern Michigan: Bo Alexander has joined the staff as defensive ends coach and Wilson Schiller, who has spent most of his career at Kansas where he transitioned to recruiting the past few seasons, is the team's new director of on-campus recruiting and operations.

Hiram (D-III - OH): Hiram College is seeking applicants for a full-time Offensive Skill Coach. The position includes coaching an offensive skill group, managing a recruiting territory, coordinating on-campus visits, Hudl video, scouting reports/breakdowns and other duties assigned. Playing and coaching experience is required. The position includes full benefits and will start immediately. Florida A&M (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop Willie Simmons is adding AC Carter to the staff.

Texas: With Arch Manning now on campus, the Texas staff must brace for the most hyped quarterback controversy in college football history

Northern Illinois: Darius Eubanks, who has previously worked at Liberty and Georgia State, is expected to join the staff as corners coach, Matt Zenitz tweets.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Oregon offensive analyst Jordan Somerville is joining the Bucs as assistant quarterbacks coach, per multiple reports.

Abilene Christian (FCS - TX): Abilene Christian has made a change at offensive coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop. Oh, and did we mention that special teams coordinator Matt Clark is now coaching quarterbacks. 

Northwestern: Multiple outlets share that Utah State corners coach LaMarcus Hicks is expected to be the new corners coach at Northwestern.

Northern Arizona (FCS): After losing their offensive line coach to the Pac-12, Northern Arizona is reportedly turning to the ACC for their new leader of the offensive line.
