Liberty: Dino Waites is expected to join the staff as secondary coach, Matt Zenitz tweets. Waites is the former co-defensive coordinator at Albany State (D-II - GA) and spent last season coaching the safeties at VMI (FCS).

Colorado State-Pueblo (D-II): Stephen F. Austin (FCS - TX) defensive ends coach Caid Faske, who has spent the past four seasons with the program, is leaving to become the defensive coordinator at CSU-Pueblo.

Kent State: Mark Carney has formally joined the staff as tight ends / inside receivers coach.

Tulsa: Austin Peay (FCS - TN) co-offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Ryan Stanchek is expected to join the staff as offensive line coach, per multiple reports.

Georgia Tech: Michigan State defensive line coach Marco Coleman, who previously worked at Georgia Tech from 2019-21, is set to rejoin his the staff of his alma mater under Brent Key, Matt Zenitz tweets.

Western Michigan: Western Michigan has an opening for an Offensive Graduate Assistant Position working with the Offensive Line. Prior Offensive Line coaching or playing Experience is required. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates should have excellent computer skills and the ability to work with Visio, XOS, PFF, PowerPoint, and Excel. Duties will be assigned by the Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach but will entail Data input, Practice organization/preparation, On-Campus Recruiting & On field Coaching. Coastal Carolina: Dan Carrell, who most recently coordinated the defense for the Michigan Panthers (USFL), is expected to join the staff as linebackers coach, Matt Zenitz tweets. Carrell has previous college experience coaching the linebackers at Houston, UMass, and New Mexico.

Wisconsin: Luke Fickell is expected to add Minnesota co-defensive coordinator / corners coach Paul Haynes to the staff, Matt Zenitz tweets.

Hawaii: Athletic director David Matlin is retiring, effective June 2.

Arkansas Tech (D-II): Arkansas Tech University is seeking applicants for a defensive backs GA. Secondary playing/coaching experience is preferred but not required. Compensation includes $800/Mo for 11 months and 6 hours of tuition per semester. Position includes but is not limited to: coaching and recruiting your own position, video editing, academic monitoring, maintaining a recruiting area, equipment, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Wagner (FCS - NY): Stephen Matos, who followed Lance Leipold from Buffalo to Kansas to be a senior analyst, is expected to become the offensive coordinator at Wagner, Bruce Feldman tweets.

Texas A&M: Jimbo Fisher is reportedly finalizing a deal to bring Bobby Petrino on board as his new offensive coordinator.

Arkansas: The Razorbacks have now formally announced the addition of Marcus Woodson and shared that he will have a co-defensive coordinator title.

Cincinnati: The program has formally announced the additions of Greg Gasparato (defensive assistant), Josh Stepp (offensive assistant) and Niko Palazeti (head strength and conditioning coach).

Mississippi State: Utah wide receivers coach Chad Bumphis is expected to join Zach Arnett's staff in Starkville, sources tell FootballScoop.

Northwood (D-II - MI): Jason Miran, who served as the offensive coordinator at Bucknell (D-II - PA) last season, is joining the Northwood staff in the same capacity, sources tell FootballScoop.

Augustana (D-II - SD): Augustana University seeks applicants for a full-time Offensive Coordinator. Responsibilities include; directing Offensive staff and position meetings, coordinate game planning, film breakdown and data entry, covering your own recruiting area, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3-5 year coaching experience and recruiting experience. Culver Stockton (NAIA - MO): Culver-Stockton has a graduate assistant position open. This position will be responsible for coaching, recruiting, film breakdown, and other duties as assigned (Specific coaching assignments will be determined by successful candidate’s strengths). Missouri: Fresno State offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Kirby Moore is reportedly finalizing a deal to be the new offensive coordinator at Missouri.

Georgia Tech: Assistant head coach / defensive run game coordinator David Turner and defensive line coach Larry Knight will not return to the program, Garrett Chapman tweets.

Carroll College (NAIA - MT): Carroll College is accepting applications for an offensive line coach. Candidates with a background in strength and conditioning background are encouraged to apply. This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. Georgetown (NAIA - KY): Georgetown College is accepting applications for a defensive assistant coach. The position group will likely be linebackers, but there may be some flexibility in the defensive front for the best candidate. This is a 12-month, full-time position with benefits. Kent State: CJ Robbins has joined the staff as rush ends coach and will also have the defensive recruiting coordinator title. He previously coached the outside linebackers at South Dakota (FCS).

Purdue: Tom Dienhart tweets that Purdue is expected to hire Michigan football associate director of strength and conditioning Kiero Small as their new director of strength and conditioning. He is a former fullback at Arkansas and 7th Round draft pick to the Seahawks. 

Incarnate Word (FCS - TX): Defensive line coach / run game coordinator Kevon Beckwith and pass game coordinator / corners coach David Stuckman are not being retained. UIW finished the season first in TFLs (9.2 Per Game) and third in sacks (43) and the Cardinal cefense also finished the season in the top 5 in a number of defensive passing statistics.

Valparaiso (FCS - IN): Valparaiso University is looking to schedule a home game for Fall 2023 versus a Division 2, Division 3 or NAIA opponent for either September 16 or September 30. Please reach out to madison.soliday@valpo.edu if interested. Regional schools preferred, but not required.

UW-River Falls (D-III): UW-River Falls is exploring options for a week 1 (9/2/23), week 2 (9/9/23) or week 4 (9/23/23) opponent for the upcoming 2023 season. Email Joseph.matheson@uwrf.edu if interested.

Catholic University of America (D-II): The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC is seeking applications for a Graduate Assistant for defense. The Graduate Assistant will be responsible for: coaching your own position, film breakdown, practice organization, recruiting your own area, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach. This position includes full tuition assistance and some meals. No housing, No benefits. Qualifications include bachelor's degree and acceptance into a graduate program at The Catholic University of America. Applicants will be required to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Louisville: Former Cardinal Jeff Brohm is set to bring another former Cardinal home as offensive line coach

Pitt: Pat Narduzzi has released a statement on former Panther Damar Hamlin.

Luther (D-III - IA): Mitch Malot, who served as the offensive line coach at Southern Oregon (NAIA) the past two seasons, has accepted the offensive line job.

Massachusetts Maritime Academy (D-III - MA): MMA currently has an entry level coaching position available for an assistant football coach on defense. Candidates will assist with recruiting, player development and retention. Compensation is $13,000.00 spread over a 12 month commitment that comes with housing and meals (when classes are in session). Keystone College (D-III – PA): Keystone College invites applications for a Defensive Assistant (preferably Defensive Line). This is a 10-month, stipend position. Housing, with meals included. Responsibilities will include recruiting, coaching and monitoring your own position, development of student-athletes off the field, film breakdown, as well as other administrative duties assigned by the Head Coach. We will consider all games. We are looking for a home game, but we are also open to traveling if it is regional or has a guarantee package. Open dates are 8/26 & 9/16.
