Buffalo: Juliana Prezelski is set to join the staff as director of football operations, per ESPN. She previously served as assistant director of operations at Mississippi State.
Miami: As we previously shared, South Florida running backs coach Matt Merritt has been named to the same position with the 'Canes.
Tulane: The Green Wave have announced the addition of Derick Bugg as director of player development.
West Virginia: Tyler Allen has been promoted to quarterbacks coach for the Mountaineers. He spent last season as an offensive analyst and special assistant to the head coach, and was the offensive line coach at Rice for the 202 season following two seasons at Jacksonville State coaching the quarterbacks.
Miami (OH): Sources tell FootballScoop Chuck Martin is hiring a top young secondary coach in Mitchell White to his staff in Oxford.
Hawaii: Ricky Kalani Medeiros, who spent last season as a graduate assistant at Montana (FCS), is joining the Hawaii staff, where he will assist with the defensive tackles.
Ithaca (D-III - NY): Austin Cordova has been hired to coach the linebackers after spending last season as a defensive back assistant coach and video coordinator at Rhode Island (FCS). He spent the 2022 season at Austin Peay (FCS - TN) in a defensive quality control role and has coaching experience at Ohio Northern (D-III) and Wooster (D-III - OH) as well.
Madonna (NAIA - MI): Philip Guel has accepted the running backs / tight ends job. He spent last year coaching the running backs at Iowa Wesleyan (NAIA) before the school folded.
Western Carolina (FCS): Linebackers coach Cody Edwards has been elevated to special teams coordinator.
Iowa: After two seasons with the program, 2023 as senior special assistant to the head coach and 2022 as an offensive analyst, Jon Budmayr has been elevated to wide receivers coach.
Denver Broncos: The team has now formally announced the additions of former Wisconsin defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard as defensive pass game coordinator / defensive backs coach and Pete Carmichael as senior offensive assistant.
Kentucky: Pete Thamel shares that a three-year deal for Boise State offensive coordinator Bush Hamdan is being finalized today.
ACC: The ACC has approved the use of two new (to college football) technologies for in-game use beginning this fall.
Buffalo Bills: Scott Booker has been hired as nickels coach / senior defensive assistant after four seasons coaching the safeties with the Titans.
UIndy (D-II - IN): With the departure of defensive coordinator Brian Dougherty to Buffalo, the University of Indianapolis has made the following staff moves, per source. Rahju Blackmon and Logan Plumley will both carry co-defensive coordinator titles. Blackmon will continue to coach the defensive line, while Plumley will transition to coaching the secondary. Additionally, Safeties coach Beau Snuggs has been promoted to outside backers coach.
Auburn: Kenyatta Watson the former director of scouting and pro liason at Georgia Tech, has been named director of recruiting research and strategy.
New Orleans Saints: Derrick Foster, who coached with the Chargers the last three years, is expected to be the new running backs coach, per 247.
San Francisco 49ers: Now clearing the rubble from Sunday's Super Bowl collapse, Kyle Shanahan is making a coordinator change.
LA Chargers: Former Bears head coach Marc Trestman has joined the organization as a senior offensive assistant. Also, the team formally announced the following hires we've shared previously: Andy Bischoff (run game coordinator / TEs), Shane Day (QBs), Sanjay Lal (WRs), Mike Devlin (OL), Rick Minter (senior defensive analyst), Navorro Bowman (LBs), Steve Clinkscale (DBs), Mike Elston (DL), Chris O'Leary (safeties) and Dylan Roney (defensive assistant).
Washington Commanders: Lions senior director of player personnel Lance Newmark is joining the organization as the new assistant GM. Former GM. Martin Mayhew is remaining with the organization as senior personnel executive / advisor to the GM and advisor Marty Hurney will also remain with the organization as an advisor.
Las Vegas Raiders: DeAndre Pierce, the son of head coach Antonio Pierce, is joining the organization as an assistant coach after serving as a quality control coach at Cal Poly (FCS) last season, per Vinny Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Michigan: Sources confirm that Sherrone Moore is expected to hire an NFL assistant for the defensive backs opening in Ann Arbor.
Washington Commanders: San Francisco 49ers assistant defensive line coach Darryl Tapp, who played for the franchise when they were the Redskins in 2013, will be the new defensive line coach, per Adam Schefter.
Bentley (D-II - MA): Bentley is seeking applicants for a volunteer defensive coach. Responsibilities will include coaching a position group (Outside LB/hybrids or best fit), quality control, managing film breakdown, special teams, and game planning. Candidates may also assist with recruiting. Recent graduates and local applicants who are looking to make coaching their profession are encouraged to apply. Preferred start date before March 19th. New Mexico State: The program has elevated tight ends coach / special teams coordinator Tyler Wright to offensive coordinator. Wright had added pass game coordinator responsibilities back in January, and now moves to offensive play caller following the departure of Ghaali Muhammad-Lankford for the running backs job at Vanderbilt.
LSU: The Tigers are hiring away an Ole Miss staffer for their player personnel role, sources tell FootballScoop.

Boston College: Pete Thamel shares that BC is working toward a deal to bring Maine (FCS) defensive coordinator Jeff Comissiong back as defensive line coach. Comissiong previously coached the defensive line at Boston College from 2007-13.
Houston: Wide receivers coach Derrick Sherman has added the title of assistant head coach.
James Madison: Bob Chesney has completed his staff with the additions of Jordan Smith (director of football operations), Nathan Applebaum (director of player personnel) and Ukoh Essang (defensive graduate assistant).
Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA): Head coach Ross Cimpl is transitioning into the athletic director role after serving as interim athletic director since November, and offensive coordinator Alex Kretzschmar has been appointed the new head coach of the program.
Coastal Carolina: Matt Clark is joining the offensive staff after a season working with the quarterbacks at Tennessee Tech (FCS) as an offensive graduate assistant.
Wyoming: Jeff Phelps has formally been announced as defensive tackles coach. He spent last season as the defensive tackles coach at NDSU (FCS) and prior to that was at Mississippi State working with the defensive line for three seasons.
Duke: Utah State defensive graduate assistant BJ Edmonds has accepted a defensive graduate assistant opportunity and will work with the corners.
Eastern Michigan: Grant Heard, an assistant under Gus Malzahn at UCF the past two seasons, has been announced as the new receivers coach in Ypsi. Heard has previous stops at Indiana, Ole Miss, Arkansas State and Western Michigan as well.
James Madison: Senior director of football operations Matt Transue has been elevated to assistant AD for football administration.
Lindsey Wilson (NAIA - KY): Lance Walker, who joined the Olivet Nazarene (NAIA - IL) staff the last few seasons after a standout career as a player, has joined the staff as corners coach.
South Florida: In addition to L'Damian Washington's promotion to pass game coordinator on top of his role as receivers coach, the program has now announced that offensive line coach Tyler Hudancik has added run game coordinator responsibilities as well.
Texas State: As we previously shared, the program has announced Bradley Dale Peveto as their new co-defensive coordinator / linebackers coach.
LA Rams: John Streicher has been hired in a new title "coordinator of football strategy," per Jourdan Rodrigue. Sreicher previously worked with the Titans and Mike Vrabel.
Georgia: Kirby and the program have announced the official departure of Scott Cochran and offensive analyst Darrell Dickey, who are pursuing other opportunities, and add that special teams analyst Kirk Benedict is being promoted to special teams coordinator.
Boston College: Washington State corners coach Ray Brown is being targeted as the program's new secondary coach, Pete Thamel shares.
Washington Commanders: A day after Kyle Shanahan stated he expected most of his staff to return, assistant head coach Anthony Lynn is headed to DC to serve as Dan Quinn's run game coordinator, per multiple reports. Also, The Athleticshares that Tom Donatell is set to join the staff as defensive backs coach after three seasons with the Chargers.

Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs have signed defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo to a contract extension. Spags contract was set to expire this off season, and he's the only coordinator to be a part of four Super Bowl wins.
Gannon (D-II - PA): Gannon is seeking applicants for a full time position on defense. Defensive backs and Special Teams experience required with the ability to coordinate. This is a full-time, 12-month position that assists the Defensive Coordinator for a competitive NCAA Division II football program. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach in the areas of coaching, practice planning and coaching, recruiting, academic monitoring of student-athletes, strength and conditioning, and video technology. Castleton (D-III - VT): VTSU-Castleton is looking for a full-time Offensive Assistant Football Coach. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of coaching experience and be a candidate to eventually become the Offensive Coordinator. Positional experience with the offensive line is a plus but not a requirement. Candidates with a connection to the Northeast/New England recruiting regions will be given preference. This position will also be in charge of the program’s academic oversight and graphic design production as well as an administrative duty for the athletic department. This is a fully benefited position with comprehensive health and retirement plans. Anticipated start date is March 15th. Salary is commensurate with experience. Ohio State: The Buckeyes have hired an analyst with close ties to D-line coach Larry Johnson.
Benedict College (D-II - SC): Per source, Ron Dickerson Sr. has brought a number of assistants from the West Florida (D-II) staff with him to Benedict. UWF assistant DL / LBs coach Shea Campbell is the defensive coordinator / linebackers coach, UWF assistant defensive backs coach Jarrod Sanders has been named defensive backs coach / recruiting coordinator and UWF assistant running backs / tight ends coach Mike Beaudry will coach the quarterbacks.
Pat Fitzgerald: Pat Fitzgerald has a trial date for his wrongful termination date with Northwestern, though his attorney says his career can't afford to wait that long.
College Football Playoff: The Powers That Be don't have a format in place for 2026 and beyond, but they do have a TV contract.
