Rice: Former Kentucky, Wisconsin and NFL running backs coach John Settle has joined the staff.
East Carolina: Eastern Michigan wide receivers coach Dyrell Roberts is expected to join the staff in the same capacity, per multiple reports. The Pirates are also promoting analyst Aaron Auer to inside receivers/tight ends coach, according to On3.
Iowa Wesleyan (NAIA): The birthplace of the Air Raid offense, where Hal Mumme and Mike Leach got their start, has decided to close their doors.
Lafayette (FCS - PA): Lafayette College has an opening for an offensive quality control coach. This is a volunteer position. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Please send resume to football@lafayette.edu.
Lindsey Wilson (NAIA - KY): Lindsey Wilson College is accepting applications for a restricted earnings position. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with an Offensive Skill position, ideally coaching Wide Receivers. Lindsey Wilson College Football has a combined record of 45-4 the last four seasons including the 2020 NAIA National Championship. Compensation includes housing, a meal plan and a monthly stipend. Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI): Running backs coach Jacob Chambers has left the staff and has accepted an assistant coaching job at Dewitt HS (MI).
New Orleans Saints: Former All-Pro offensive lineman Jahri Evans is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach, Luke Johnson of Nola.com shares. During training camp last season, Evans worked with the team as an intern as part of the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program.
Presbyterian (FCS - SC): Presbyterian College is accepting applications for an offensive line coaching position. Interested candidates can send resume to head coach Steve Englehart at englehart@presby.edu.

New Hampshire (FCS): University of New Hampshire has an opening for a Player Personnel Assistant. This is a strictly VOLUNTEER position; there is NO compensation, housing OR benefits with occasional meals. There are 5 previous volunteer coaches in full time roles on staff. Ideal candidates must be highly organized, proficient in DVsport, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills. Previous experience coaching or playing is preferred. Northwestern: Liam Poland, a recruiting and operations assistant at Western Kentucky, has joined the Northwestern recruiting staff.
Countable Coaches Rule: Back in January it looked likely that the NCAA would pass a rule allowing analysts and support staff to coach during practice, but that has reportedly changed and the proposal now looks unlikely to pass.
Hamline (D-III - MN): EJ Shelby, who joined the Millikin (D-III - IL) staff back in June of 2022 as wide receivers / tight ends coach, has accepted the offensive coordinator job.
UTEP: Dana Dimel has finalized his staff heading into Year 6 in El Paso.
