Northern Colorado: The UNC Sports Performance Department, located in the Butler Hancock building, is accepting applications for the role of Graduate Assistant Sports Performance Coach beginning in Fall of 2021. The report date will be August 23, 2021. Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Sports Performance Staff, you will direct the training for 1-2 of UNC’s varsity teams, assist with the implementation of performance programs for other teams as needed, and have supervision and direction of student interns. Qualifications: Acceptance into UNC’s M.S. in Sports and Exercise Science program. Ability to establish in-state tuition by Fall of 2021 or willingness to pay difference in tuition until it is established. NSCA-CSCS certification(s) and Certified in CPR/First Aid or obtaining them upon arrival. One year of experience working in college athletics preferred. Compensation: A tuition waiver is provided and a monthly stipend for 10 months each year.
