UT Martin (FCS): UT Martin is looking to hire graduate assistants. Job requirements are to assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in the day-to-day operations of the Football Strength and Conditioning program. Coordinate and monitor team workouts. Assist in any additional duties directed by the Head Coach and/or the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field. Past and current experience preferred. Certifications a plus. Candidate will have the ability to fulfill CSCCA practicum requirements under approved mentor & Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Tyson Gale. Alabama A&M (FCS): Alabama A&M (FCS-AL) is seeking a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. This position is full time with benefits and will be responsible for the design and implementation of training protocols for the assigned teams and athletes. Supervision one full-time assistant strength coach. Supervision of the workout sessions for each team. Instruction of proper techniques for strength and conditioning. Supervision of additional/approved non-full-time weight room employees (this may include volunteer assistants or student workers). Maintain detailed inventory and make recommendations for the purchase of new equipment. Arrange for maintenance and repairs of the weight room equipment to ensure safety. Ensure safe operation and professional supervision of the strength conditioning facility. Communicate at a high level. Assist the athletic training staff in rehabilitation and injury prevention as needed. Coordinate weekly strength and conditioning meetings. Work Hours include Early morning and evening hours. Weekend work hours likely. Will be required to travel with assigned primary team. Must have a Bachelor’s degree. Must have valid applicable certification per NCAA Guidelines. Zachary Community School District (LA): The Zachary Community School District, located in Zachary, LA, is accepting applications for the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the district. This position will oversee the human performance aspect for all athletic teams. The director's responsibilities will include designing programs, physical evaluations, nutrition, and the overall develop of all student athletes. Multiple assistants will be present in the weightroom under your direction. Zachary High school competes in the 5A classification, the largest in LA. The school has won multiple state titles: (4) Football, (2) Men's Basketball, (3) Baseball, (10) Track and Field over the last 15 years.
