Florida State: Jeff Kupper, who has been the DFO at Memphis since 2010, is joining Mike Norvell's staff, per John Martin.
Memphis: Sam Curtis will serve as Ryan Silverfield’s DFO, tweets John Martin of the ESPN Radio affiliate in Memphis. Curtis previously served in a similar post at USC.
