Tennessee Titans: Pat O'Hara has been hired as quarterbacks coach, and Shane Bowen has joined the staff to coach the outside linebackers. Both guys join the staff after working with the Texans last year, O'Hara as an assistant quarterbacks coach, and Bowen as a defensive assistant the past two years.

Vanderbilt: Per a tweet from 247, Vanderbilt is set to hire Cleveland Browns assistant special teams coach Shawn Mennenga as their new special teams coach.

Texas A&M: Baylor defensive line coach Elijah Robinson is leaving to join Jimbo Fisher's staff. David Smoak was among the first to report the move. Robinson worked with the defensive line at Temple with Matt Rhule prior to joining his staff at Baylor.

Arkansas: Former Texas A&M defensive grad assistant David Cooper is set to join John Chavis's defensive staff working with defensive backs as defensive quality control source tells FootballScoop.

Kansas State: Defensive coordinator Tom Hayes is retiring source tells FootballScoop.

">247 first reported the news. Hayes has been the defensive coordinator for Bill Snyder the past seven seasons. Prior to joining the Kansas State staff he coached the secondary at Tulane, and prior to that coached the secondary for the Saints. Past stops for coach Hayes also include Iowa, UCLA, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Redskins, and Stanford and he's taken part in 20 bowl games and had over 25 defensive backs he's mentored picked in the NFL Draft.
