Ole Miss: Lane Kiffin is pulling an assistant from USC.
South Carolina: Will Muschamp's settle agreement calls for him to be paid $12.9 million on or before December 31st, 2020 and to be owed a total of $15.3 million over the remaining term of the agreement which went through December of 2024, Steve Berkowitz shares.
Boise State: UC Davis (FCS) offensive line coach Tim Keane has joined the staff in the same capacity. He follows offensive coordinator Tim Plough, who also came from UC Davis.
Baylor: The program has formally announced the following hires to the support and strength staff; Dennis Polian (senior associate AD / Football chief of staff), James Blanchard (Assistant AD for football scouting), Edward Jones (assistant AD for player development), Lance Barilow (Senior associate director of athletics performance), Tim Johnson (associate director of athletics performance), Matt List (athletic performance coach), Aaron Hunt (recruiting and personnel assistant), and Matt Mitchell (quality control).
Chicago Bears: Safeties coach Sean Desai is being promoted to defensive coordinator, Ian Rapoport tweets.
ECU: East Carolina University is looking for an on-field defensive graduate assistant coach (DL). Candidates need to be academically qualified and within 7 years of receiving their bachelor’s degree. Previous on-field coaching experience is preferred. Interested candidates please email resumes to ECU.FB.GA@GMAIL.COM.
Hope (D-III - MI): Hope has opted out of the planned spring season and will focus on returning in the fall.
Nebraska: Ron Brown will transition out of his director of player development post while remaining with the program, and Nebraska will hire a new person for the role. Scott Frost said Friday he has a person in mind but could not yet name them for red-tape reasons.
North Carolina Central (FCS): NC Central has opted out of the spring season.
Houston Texans: The organization has announced that they've had "continued discussions" with Jim Caldwell and Josh McCown about their head coaching opening. McCown has been in the NFL as a player dating back to 2002, and was signed to the team's practice squad last season while Caldwell is the former Colts and Lions head coach.
New England Patriots: Former Lions head coach Matt Patricia is returning to the Patriots organization, where he will assist the staff in a variety of roles, Jim McBride tweets. McBride adds that Evan Rothstein, who worked for Patricia in a variety of roles in Detroit, will also join the Patriots staff as well.
Texas A&M: Sources tell FootballScoop analyst Walt Whitehead is retiring. With over 50 years of service in the profession, time off is well deserved. Enjoy the next phase Coach.
Oregon: Don Johnson Jr. has been announced as the Ducks new director of player personnel. Johnson Jr. previously served as the director of high school relations.
Tennessee: Jimmy Hyams tweets that new Vols athletic director Danny White's deal is for 5-years and worth $1.8 million the first year with a 5% increase planned for each year and bonuses that could total an additional $300k annually. White's contract states that being terminated without cause would mean he's owed his annual compensation over the life of the contract, and if he were to terminate the deal he would owe $3.5 million in year one with that total decreasing $250k each year until $2.5 million in year five.
Augsburg (D-III - MN): Thomas Barber, a former standout linebacker at Minnesota, has been announced as the team's new linebackers coach.
Boise State: Local reports share that the Broncos spent a total of $105,500 in consulting on their hires for an athletic director and head coaching searches. The AD search cost the school $70,500 while the coaching search cost $35,000 (plus expenses).
North Texas: Magnolia West (TX) head coach Blake Joseph is expected to be the quarterbacks coach at North Texas, sources confirm to FootballScoop. Matt Stepp of Dave Campbell's Texas Football first reported the move.
Oregon State: Michael Doctor has been promoted to director of recruiting. Doctor previously served as the director of on-campus recruiting.
Michigan: Mike Hart has signed a 2-year contract worth $415,000 in 2021 and $430,000 in 2022, plus a $115,000 signing bonus to return to his alma mater.
Harvard (FCS - MA): Harvard University is looking to fill the Full-time position of recruiting/football operations coordinator.Applicants must have leadership skills, ability to multi-task, successful experience in multi-dimensional D-1 year-round recruiting management, recruiting graphics, and football operations. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, college football staff experience with strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and digital skills including multi-dimensional Social Media experience. Texas: Texas has announced Steve Sarkisian's initial staff (all names previously reported) with no linebackers coach.
Dirk Koetter: After nearly 40 years in college and NFL coaching, Dirk Koetter has announced his retirement.
Marshall: Sources tell FootballScoop Charles Huff plans to hire Eddy Morrissey as his new offensive line coach. Morrissey, has coached (or assisted with) the offensive line at Austin Peay, Mississippi State, Bryant, Princeton, Fordham and more.
Jacksonville Jaguars: Seahawks special teams coordinator Brian Schneider is expected to join Urban Meyer's staff in the same capacity, per Tom Pelissero.
Seattle Seahawks: With Brian Schneider off to Jacksonville (see above), the Seahawks are expected to promote Larry Izzo to replace him, Tom Pelissero tweets. Izzo spent last season in an assistant special teams role.
Marshall: In addition to the full defensive staff we previously reported, Charles Huff's offensive staff will include Tim Cramsey (OC), Telly Lockette (RBs) and Bill Legg (TEs) per Bruce Feldman. Feldman adds that Jeremy Springer will serve as special teams coordinator.
Baltimore Ravens: Per reports, the Ravens are hiring Rob Ryan as inside linebackers coach and Anthony Weaver as defensive line coach.
Louisville: Sources shared with FootballScoop Louisville has their new quarterbacks coach.
South Carolina: South Carolina's Board of Trustees has approved two year contracts for offensive line coach Greg Adkins ($550,000 per year) and defensive line coach Jimmy Lindsey ($350,000 per year) Wes Mitchell tweets.

Ohio State: Ryan Day announced this morning Greg Mattison plans to retire at the end of this month, capping an incredible coaching career at some of the top college football programs in the country.
Atlanta Falcons: Louisville offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford is leaving to become the new offensive line coach for the Falcons.
Troy: As we shared earlier in the week, Pete Thamel is now also reporting Luke Meadows will be Troy's new offensive line coach. Thamel adds that Al Pogue is returning from Auburn (outside linebackers) and will coach the defensive backs.
Tennessee: New athletic director Danny White is targeting an "offensive minded" coach. Our report on White's plans to hire his next head coach (and who he might just hire).
Joe Lombardi: The Saints quarterbacks coach has received interview requests for the offensive coordinator jobs with the Seahawks and Chargers, per Jeff Duncan.

Texas: Mike Stoops is leaving Alabama to become linebackers coach for Sark at Texas per Matt Zenitz. Life comes at you fast. Update> Brian Davis of the Austin American Statesman relays that Sark says this report is inaccurate. Mike Stoops will not be part of his staff.
South Carolina: Per source, the Gamecocks have hired Lonnie Teasley as an offensive analyst. Teasley has deep ties to new Gamecocks offensive coordinator Marcus Satterfield, with whom Teasley worked at both Temple and Tennessee Tech.
Boise State: Kharyee Marshall, a former Bronco player, has joined the program as a defensive analyst.
Scoop 'Em Up: Kyle Segler, chosen by the AFCA as part of the 2019 35 Under 35 class aimed at identifying and developing premier future leaders in football, spent the past two seasons as the special teams coordinator and tight ends coach at Marshall where most of the staff was let go after a head coaching change despite a 7-3 season. Before joining the Marshall staff, Segler coordinated the special teams and coached the tight ends at ULM for two seasons and also spent eight seasons at his alma mater, Sam Houston State (FCS – TX) where he coached the offensive line and tight ends before adding special teams responsibilities later on in his tenure with the program. At Sam Houston State, he helped develop four All Americans as well as a handful of all conference selections. ASA Miami (JC - FL): Per source, Rahmann Lee, who has been the running backs coach at Arkansas-Pine Bluff since 2018, has accepted the offensive coordinator job.
