McAlester (OK): McAlester HS, a 2021 and 2022 state runner up football team is looking for an assistant football coach (best fit) could be coordinator title on offense and/or defense depending on candidate no play calling duties (title only) however this assistant will be heavily relied on in the game plan as are all of our assistants. This will include a second sport TBD as well as a full time teaching field. Willingness to obtain a CDL (school pays for this) is a must as well. Carson (NV): Carson High School is looking for a Varsity DB coach, as well as a JV/Freshman assistant coach (all positions considered). Carson High School is located in the Capital of Nevada, Carson City. Carson City offers a great rural atmosphere along with the big city amenities of Reno and Lake Tahoe (skiing, beaches, sports, and events). Carson City is a great city to raise a family and Carson City School District does a great job supporting its teachers. Starting pay for teachers starts at $43,297 with a fully paid retirement through the State and exceptional insurance. Currently, we can also offer a $1,000 signing bonus if you are hired through the school district. At Carson High we currently are hiring teachers for: EL/ESL, Math, PE & Health, and Special Education. We also have positions at our middle schools in: PE, Health, Science, and Math. Plaquemine (LA): Donald Williams Jr. has been elevated to head coach. Williams served as special teams coordinator for the Green Devils last season.
John A Holmes (Edenton, NC): There are other coaching opportunities as well, but this is a FOOTBALL position first and foremost. The coaching position will be determined at a later time, as the staff is flexible enough to make the right coach fit. We are looking for a coach that isn't concerned about coaching titles, willing to cut grass, paint fields, do laundry, attend weekend meetings, and attend summer workouts.
