Millersville (D-II - PA): Sources tell us that North Dakota tight ends coach Jeff Richter will join Greg Breitbach's staff, and will likely coach the offensive line. We will update...
North Dakota: Head coach Chris Mussman has announced that receivers coach Luke Schleusner has been promoted to offensive coordinator and will continue to coach the receivers. Additionally, running backs coach Danny Freund will move to quarterbacks and assistant special teams coordinator Benny Boyd will now take on the lead role as special teams coordinator.
Stanford: Defensive coordinator Derek Mason's title has been changed to Willie Shaw Director of Defense.
Arkansas: Former Wisconsin assistant DFO Peter Weiden is now serving on Bret Bielema's staff in the same capacity.
Bowling Green: Mark Shook, who has previously served as the associate AD for compliance and student-athlete services, has been named interim athletic director. Greg Christopher resigned the AD position in late May to take the same role at Xavier.
Millersville (D-II - PA): Sources tell us that offensive line coach Jim Shiffer will not return next season.
Rutgers: Athletic director Tim Pernetti will be let go according to multiple outlets.
East Central CC (MO): Head coach Ken Karcher has announced the addition of Scott Brock as defensive coordinator.

Augustana (D-III - IL): Augustana College, in Rock Island, Illinois, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach / Offensive Line Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure track staff appointment with an anticipated start date of June 2013. There will be an expectation of teaching two or three physical education activity courses during the academic year. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The anticipated salary range is $45,000-$50,000 annually. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and previous collegiate coaching experience preferred. Experience coaching option football, which includes a comprehensive passing game, at the college level preferred. Application materials must be received by Friday, April 19, 2013. Wisconsin - Whitewater (D-III): Sources tell us former Gardner-Webb and Ole Miss assistant Alan Hensell has joined the Wisconsin - Whitewater staff.
Webber International (NAIA - FL): We have learned that former Wharton HS (FL) defensive coordinator Kiwaukee Thomas will coach the secondary, and former Western HS (FL) head coach Rashad West will coach the receivers..
Miami (FL): Eric Vance has been brought on board to serve as the assistant DFO. Vance spent the past six seasons as the director of player development with the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers (Canada): Steve Hladio has been hired as running backs coach. Hladio coached the past two seasons at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (D-III - NY) working with the offensive line and running backs.
Northern Illinois: Deputy athletic director Christian Spears will serve as acting director of athletics beginning April 15. Spears takes over the position for Jeff Compher, who recently took the AD job at East Carolina.
UCLA: Athletic director Dan Guerrero has had his contract extended through 2019. Guerrero will earn $734,774 annually plus a 5% raise each year. He also earned a $750,000 retention bonus from his last contract.
Concordia University-Wisconsin (D-III): Concordia University Wisconsin has an opening for a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. This position will be on the Defensive side of the ball with an emphasis in the Secondary. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, Ability to be admitted into Graduate School, and previous coaching experience. Minnesota-Duluth (D-II): Josh Berlo has been hired as athletic director. Berlo, who previously served as the senior AD for guest relations and event planning at Notre Dame, will make $150,000 annually.
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M (CC): Sherard Poteete has finalized his coaching staff. Freddie Weinke (special teams coordinator / interior defensive line coach), Chris Patterson (receivers), Ben McLaughlin (quarterbacks) and Chris Jirgens (offensive line) have all officially joined the staff.
Millersville (D-II - PA): North Dakota offensive coordinator Greg Breitbach has officially been named head coach at Millersville University.
Eastern Illinois: Dino Babers has hired South Lake HS (MI) head coach Chanterius Brock to coach the secondary. The hire completes the Eastern Illinois coaching staff.
Menlo (NAIA - CA): Former Arena league standout Mark Grieb has been named head coach. Grieb served as an assistant an Menlo during two seperate stints. In 2003 he served as offensive coordinator and in 2011 he coached the receivers.
Alabama: Former center William Vlachos has joined the staff as a graduate assistant.

Bucknell (FCS): As we originally reported a month ago, William and Mary defensive backs coach John Bowes has officially joined the staff and will coach the linebackers and special teams. Also announced was the addition of Eric Wicks as the defensive backs coach, and Matt Applebaum as offensive line coach.
Utah State: Waqa Damuni has been named assistant athletic director for football operations at Utah State.
Millersville University (D-II - PA): Urbana University (D-II - OH) head coach David Taynor has removed himself from consideration for the head coaching job at Millersville.
Georgia State: Former NFL running back Tony Tiller has been named the running backs coach at Georgia State. Tiller's hiring completes first-year head coach Trent Miles' coaching staff.
East Tennessee State: Phillip Fulmer will officially serve as a consultant and special assistant to the athletic director at East Tennessee State according to the Tennessean.
Chadron State (D-II - NE): Brad Smith, who has served as athletic director at Chadron State for the past 26 years, has announced his retirement. Smith will officially step down once his successor is hired.
BYU: Geoff Martzen has joined the program as the Football Player Personnel and On-Campus recruiting coordinator. Martzen has prior recruiting experience at Boise State and Alabama over the past two seasons.
Colgate: Sources tell us that former Western Michigan tight ends coach Steve Casula has joined the Colgate staff.

Former Oklahoma, Colorado, New England Patriots and New Jersey Generals head coach Chuck Fairbanks passed away Tuesday at age 79. Our condolences are with his family.
Nevada: Former NFL wide receiver Ashley Lelie has joined the Nevada program as an offensive quality control assistant. Sources tell us he will be a graduate assistant this fall.
East Tennessee State: The newly formed football program has landed College Football Hall of Fame coach Phillip Fulmer to serve the program in a so far untitled role. "I'll be whatever they need me to be," he told Josh Smith of WJHL.

St. Ambrose (NAIA - IA): St. Ambrose University, located in Davenport, Iowa is seeking a graduate assistant to coach the Defensive Line. The position includes tuition and a stipend. Colorado: Defensive coordinator Kent Baer is close to finalizing a multi-year contract. When finalized, Baer will be just the second assistant in program history to receive a multi-year deal.
William Jewell (D-II - MO): Former Rams linebackers coach Blake Williams has been hired as a defensive consultant and will also work with the linebackers. Trent Figg, who coached the linebackers last season, will now coach the secondary.
South Dakota: Sources tell us the Wisconsin - Whitewater linebackers coach Jace Rindahl has accepted the grad assistant job at South Dakota working with the running backs.
Missouri Southern (D-II): Sources tell us that Chandler Tygard has accepted the defensive line job. Tygard coached the defensive line at the University of the Cumberlands (NAIA - KY) last season.
Louisville: Former quarterback Will Stein is now a grad assistant on Charlie Strong's staff.

Jack Pardee, a former Texas A&M and NFL player and head coach of the University of Houston as well as five professional teams, passed away Monday at 76. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame, the Texas Sports Hall of Fame and the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
Gallaudet University (D-III - Washington, DC): Gallaudet is now seeking applicants for a defensive (linebackers or safety’s) restricted earnings position. Northwest Community College (MS): Former head coach Ricky Woods has accepted the head coaching job at Peabody HS (Trenton, TN).
East Central (D-II - OK): Sources tell us that Randy Pippin has been hired as defensive coordinator. Pippin was the defensive coordinator at East Texas Baptist (D-III).
Tennessee Tech: Former Purdue outside linebackers coach Donn Landholm is the new linebackers coach / special teams coordinator at Tennessee Tech.
Saint Anselm (D-II - NH): Head coach Patrick Murphy has shuffled his coaching staff around a bit. Jimmy Lauzon, who had been coaching the tight ends, will now coach the running backs. Allistair Sebastien will coach the defensive backs after coaching the running backs for two seasons, and Yon Boone will now coach the linebackers and has added the title of special teams coordinator and recruiting coordinator after coaching the defensive backs last season.
Missouri Baptist: Missouri Baptist has hired former McKendree University (D-II - IL) defensive backs coach / special teams coordinator Jason Burianek as their first head coach. The program will compete at the NAIA level in 2014.
