Army: We hear Cal Poly head coach Rich Ellerson is the leading candidate at Army.

New Mexico State: We hear DeWayne Walker is still in the running at New Mexico State.

Mississippi State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Southern Miss recruiting coordinator / running backs coach Frank Wilson will be joining Dan Mullen's staff at Mississippi State.

Virginia: Sources tell us that Latrell Scott has officially accepted a position on Al Groh's staff at Virginia.

Miami (OH): Sources tell FootballScoop that that Notre Dame offensive coordinator Mike Haywood will be named head coach as early as this afternoon. 

Towson: We hear Pitt assistant head coach / defensive line coach Greg Gattuso has interviewed at Towson.

Army: Sources tell FootballScoop that Cal Poly head coach Rich Ellerson is the leading candidate for the head coaching job at Army.  Ellerson has interviewed.

San Diego State: Brady Hoke has talked with UTEP defensive coordinator Osia Lewis about joining the Aztecs staff.

St. Louis Rams: Jay Zygmunt, the Rams' president of football operations and general manager, is resigning.

Tennessee: We hear former Syracuse offensive coordinator Mitch Browning has interviewed with Lane Kiffin.  Browning once led the Minnesota Golden Gophers offense to over 2000 yards both rushing and passing in 8 straight seasons. 

Texas A&M - Commerce: Sources tell FootballScoop that former Baylor head coach Guy Morris has interviewed at Texas A&M - Commerce. 

Towson University: UCONN offensive coordinator Rob Ambrose has interviewed for the head coaching job.  We heard that Towson may have interest in James Madison offensive coordinator Jeff Durden.

Arizona: We hear Arizona will be renegotiating the contract of head coach Mike Stoops.

Eastern Michigan: We hear Louisville assistant Eric Lewis has been offered a job by EMU head coach Ron English.

Louisville: We hear linebackers coach Bill Miller will likely be promoted to defensive coordinator. 

Mississippi State: South Alabama offensive coordinator Les Koenning Jr. will be joining the staff at Mississippi State.

Saint Anselm College: is seeking an assistant coach immediately. Saint Anselm College is located in Manchester, NH and is a member of the Northeast 10 Conference. The position includes coaching own position (offensive skill position), assist in recruiting, practice preparation, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. This is a 10 month full-time coaching position, which includes all meals, and a stipend ranging from $6-10,00, there is currently NO housing but it is a future possibility, there is NO tuition remittance available.
