Washington Redskins: The Redskins have announced that general manager Bruce Allen has been named team president. Allen will remain as GM, according to Albert Breer.

Monterey Peninsula College (CC - CA): Monterey Peninsula College has an opening for a defensive assistant coach.  Position area is flexible (prefer Linebackers or Safeties).  Minimun requirement is college playing and coaching experience.  Salary is $10,000 per year (this is a part time position).  Starting immediately with summer practice beginning June 30.  Contact Head Coach Mike Rasmussen at This email address is being protected from spambots. Western State (D-II - CO): McPherson College (NAIA - KS) defensive line coach / special teams coordinator Quad Sanders has accepted the defensive line job, per source.

Chicago Bears: University of South Dakota defensive line coach Marquice Williams has accepted the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship with the Bears. 

Taylor (NAIA - IN): Running backs coach Brett Fox has accepted the head coaching job at Columbia City HS (IN).

Post University (Sprint - CT): Tim Shea has been added to the staff as offensive line coach. Shea has been the head coach at Woodland Regional HS (CT) since 2008.

St. Olaf (D-III - MN): Justin Lerfald, assistant defensive coordinator / linebackers coach coach, has been promoted to defensive coordinator.

Denver Broncos: Fresno City College secondary / special teams coordinator Ricky Manning Jr. has been selected to to work a Bill Walsh Minority Internship with the Broncos this summer. 

Oberlin College (D-III - OH): Oberlin is seeking to hire a full-time ten month offensive intern. Bachelor's degree is required with at least one year of coaching and / or relevant competitive experience preferred but not required; collegiate playing experience preferred. UCLA: UCLA has given a substantial raise to Jim Mora's staff, particularly offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone and offensive line coach Adrian Klemm. See the in depth report here.

Pac-12: Commissioner Larry Scott earned $3.3 million according to his most recent tax returns, per USA Today.

Florida International: Per source, FIU plans to hire Marc Davis as their new DFO.

Taylor (NAIA - IN): Taylor University is seeking 2 highly motivated coaches, one position coach on offense and one on defense. Specific positions are yet to be determined. Each position coach will assist with all aspects of the football program including, video editing and breakdown (Hudl), recruiting area, summer camps and other duties as assigned. Compensation includes a 10 month, $10,000 stipend along with the prospect of affordable off campus shared housing and/or meals. Millersville (D-II - PA): Per source, wide receivers coach Ralph Clark has been moved to defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach Matt Sutjak has moved to defensive line. Also, student assistant Nate Hinkle has moved from coaching the tight ends to coaching the running backs. We are told Millersville has a full-time opening at WR and a few part-time openings as well.

Northwestern: New Mexico State defensive grad assistant Joe Martin is joining the Northwestern staff as a recruiting assistant. 

Georgia Tech: Lumpkin County (GA) head coach Brad Waggoner is joining the Georgia Tech staff as assistant director of player personnel per source. 

Middlebury (D-III - VT): Middlebury College is looking to add a full-time assistant coach. The candidate must be able to coach a position independently. Other duties on the football staff will include recruiting, preparation of game plans, academic advising, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Other duties to be assigned by the Director of Athletics may include teaching Physical Education classes, assisting in a second sport, strength coach responsibilities, and Event Management. American International (D-II - MA): Rocco Fernandez, who previously coached the running backs at American International College, has accepted the head coaching job at Westfield HS (MA). Fernandez is a 2004 grad of the school.

Ferris State (D-II - MI): Per sources, Tony Annese has promoted defensive backs coach Ryan Hodges to defensive coordinator. Hodges will be the third defensive coordinator in three seasons for the program.

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University, a private, Christian, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is seeking two graduate assistant coaches. These positions will be offered within our graduate assistant structure, requiring admission to the University's Master of Education and Leadership or Master of Business Administration programs. Garden City Community College (KS): Defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Jeff Kelly has resigned, the school has announced.  

Davenport (NAIA - MI): As we reported back on Tuesday, Ferris State (D-II - MI) defensive coordinator Lou Esposito has now been formally announced as the new head coach at Davenport University.

Minnesota-Crookston: Wes Nurse has been announced as the running backs and tight ends coach on Mike Fritze's staff. Nurse spent the past two seasons coaching the corners at the University of North Dakota. The following adjustments were also announced; Robby Case will serve as both OC and OL coach, Mike Clark will continue to work with the QBs / WRs while also serving as pass game coordinator, and DL Levi Bullerman has added the titles of special teams coordinator and recruiting coordinator.

Bluffton (D-III - OH): Heidelberg special teams coordinator/wide receivers coach Bryan Moore has been named the offensive coordinator at Bluffton University. 

Western Carolina: Per source, Jaybo Shaw, an offensive quality control coach at Army, is the new receivers coach at Western Carolina.

Morthland College (D-III - IL): Mike Rude, who has spent 44 years as a high school coach, has been hired to help start the football program and serve as athletic director at Morthland College. The program will being as a JV squad and hopes to field a varsity squad in 2016.

Kansas Wesleyan: Former head coach Dave Dallas has been tabbed as the new head coach at North County HS (Bonne Terre, MO).

Mercyhurst (D-II - PA): We are told that Mercyhurst has no open positions on staff at this time.

St. Francis (FCS - PA): Mercyhurst University defensive line coach Matt Gueguen has been hired to coach the defensive line.

Southwestern Oklahoma State (D-II): SWOSU is looking to hire two graduate assistants. One will work with the defensive line, and the other will be responsible for the defensive backs. Belhaven (NAIA - MS): Per source, Scott Preston has been hired as the quarterbacks coach at Belhaven University. 

Maranatha Baptist (D-III - WI): Nathan Spate has been hired as the new head coach. Spate is a 1998 graduate of Maranatha, and his coaching journey includes two state titles at Trinity Christian Academy (FL), and twelve playoff appearances at six different high schools.

Dallas Cowboys: Longtime Cowboys offensive tackle Marc Colombo is helping out in the personnel department this offseason, per Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas.

Notre Dame: Former head coach Charlie Weis was paid $2.1 million by the school in 2012, according to a tax return uncovered by USA Today. 

The College at Brockport (D-III - NY): Per source, offensive line coach Steve Potter has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Also, defensive coordinator Glen Young has added the title of associate head coach.

New Mexico State: Per source, offensive line coach Chris Symington has resigned due to health reasons.

Minnesota: Head coach Jerry Kill told Gopher fans a meet-and-greet Tuesday that he plans to return to the sideline this fall, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. Kill spent most of last season in the press box, but says that he is feeling much better recently. 

Western Oregon (D-II): Former 15-year NFL veteran Kimo von Oelhoffen has been announced as Western Oregon's defensive line coach. This will mark von Oelhoffen's first college coaching job; he spent the past three seasons as the co-defensive coordinator at Richland (WA) High School. 

     The Eagles are building their franchise around college grads due to this interesting theory

McDaniel College (D-III - MD): McDaniel College is accepting applications for a Graduate Assistant Position on the Offensive Side of the ball. At least one year of college or high school coaching required. Preference given to those with coaching or playing at the QB position. NFL: The National Football League has appointed three senior advisors in former San Francisco head coach Mike Singletary, former Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt, and former Bucs senior offensive assistant Jimmy Raye II. The three will report directly to NFL executive vice president Troy Vincent.

University of Northwestern (St. Paul, MN): Part time assistant Matt Moore, who has been with the program the past eight seasons, has been promoted to defensive coordinator, per source.
