Green Bay Packers: Assistant offensive line coach Joel Hilgenberg has stepped down. 

Southwest Minnesota State (D-II): Brian Fana, who has spent the past five seasons as the offensive coordinator at Upper Iowa (D-II), has been named run game coordinator / offensive line coach.

St. Ambrose (NAIA - IA): St. Ambrose, located in Davenport, Iowa is seeking a graduate assistant to assist with the offensive line. The position will include a stipend and tuition. Indiana: We hear that TCU defensive grad assistant Ryan McInerny has joined the staff as a defensive quality control. Also, former Valpo special teams coordinator / linebackers Kasey Teegardin has accepted a defensive grad assistant position.

Fresno State: Tim DeRuyter has received a contract extension taking him through the 2018 season. The extension will also double his base pay to $1.4 million, with the ability to earn up to $1.685 million through bonus' and incentives.

Coahoma Community College (MS): Head coach Karl Morgan has announced his coaching staff: Cedric Shell, offensive coordinator; William Kirksley, linebackers/recruiting coordinator; Chris Mattox, defensive backs; Devario Dorsey, offensive line; and Jason Morgan, wide receivers. 

Arkansas Tech (D-II): Former West Georgia offensive coordinator Chase Harp has joined the staff in the same capacity. As we reported last month, former Texas Tech and Valdosta State staffer Paige Anders has joined the staff as safeties coach and recruiting coordinator. Additionally, head coach Raymond Monica has announced the promotion of assistants Kurt Corbin (defensive line) and Raleigh Jackson (linebackers) to co-defensive coordinator.

Indiana: Mike Pechac has been named director of player development and academic enhancement. He spent the past two seasons as the academic coordinator for Bowling Green football. 

Webber International (NAIA - FL): Seton Hill (D-II - PA) defensive coordinator and former NFL player Roosevelt Williams has taken the defensive backs job at Webber International. 

Buffalo Bills: The Bills have hired former Citadel corners coach Gerald Dixon as a pro scout. 

Catawba College (D-II - NC): Catawba Indians are seeking a defensive volunteer assistant. There duties will include coaching, inputting data in computer, practice planning and game day analysis. Wisconsin Lutheran (D-III): After one season as head coach / defensive coordinator, Ben Murphy has decided to take a step down to focus on family obligations. Murphy plans to stay on staff as a part-time defensive assistant. A search to fill the head coaching job has begun.

Seattle Seahawks: Senior personnel executive Scot McCloughan has resigned in order to "tend to a family matter", per Jason La Canfora.

VMI (FCS): Virginia-Wise defensive coordinator Justin Hamilton was hired recently as the outside linebackers coach at VMI. 

Minnesota: Defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys will receive a raise to $600,000, and offensive coordinator Matt Limegrover will make $550,000 annually in their new three-year contracts according to Joe Christensen of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. The rest of Jerry Kill's staff will garner new salaries as well: QBs coach Jim Zebrowski, $253,000; DBs/STs coach Jay Sawvel, $253,000; DL coach Jeff Phelps, $230,000; RBs coach Pat Poore, $230,000; WRs coach Brian Anderson, $230,000; H-backs/TEs coach Rob Reeves, $230,000; and LBs coach Mike Sherels, $181,000.

Alderson Broaddus (D-II - WV): Aaron Krepps has been hired as running backs coach. He previously worked at Adrian College (MI) and Eastern Michigan, and most recently served as the head coach at Belle Vernon Area (PA) High School. 

Johns Hopkins (D-III - MD): Wide receivers coach Greg Chimera has been promoted to offensive coordinator.

Harding (D-II - AR): Harding University is seeking applicants for 3 graduate assistant coaching positions (LBs, Secondary, and an Offensive Skill Position). Mercer (FCS - GA): Defensive line coach Justin Brown has chosen to go into the ministry. Berry College linebackers coach Kenny Baker has been hired to fill coach Brown's position. 

Penn: Head coach Al Bagnoli will reportedly announce his plans to retire after the 2014 season, according to Philly.com. Bagnoli has served as head coach the past 22 seasons and has won nine outright Ivy League titles. The report also notes that longtime defensive coordinator Ray Priore will take over at the conclusion of next season.

Former University of South Dakota head coach and athletic director Bernard "Beanie" Cooper passed away over the weekend at 86. Cooper also served as the AD at Indiana State. Please pray for his family and loved ones.

Louisville: Defensive coordinator Todd Grantham will earn $975,000 this season, and offensive coordinator Garrick McGee will make $650,000 according to the Louisville Courier-Journal. See our full staff break down.

Eastern Michigan: Per source, tight ends / special teams coordinator Mike Gravier is leaving the staff. We understand the position is now open and there is no clear frontrunner for the position at this time. 

Foothill College (JC - CA): Scott Swartz, formerly with the San Francisco 49ers, Oregon State and Northern Arizona, is the new offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Foothill College in Los Altos, Calif. 

Penn: Dan Swanstrom, who served as offensive coordinator at Johns Hopkins for the past six years, has been announced as the Quakers' quarterbacks coach. 

Finlandia (D-III - MI): Michigan Tech assistant Tim Driscoll has been named the head coach at Finlandia. 

Castleton State (D-III - VT): Castleton State has hired Kevin Trigonis as their offensive coordinator. Trigonis spent the past two seasons at RPI (D-III - NY) as the offensive line coach / offensive coordinator and served in same capacity at Carroll University (D-III - WI) prior to that.

Columbia: Wide receivers coach Ola Adams has been selected to participate in the Bill Walsh Minority Coaching Internship over the summer.

Texas: The Longhorns have hired Reed Case as director of on-campus recruiting. He previously served as Oklahoma's director of player personnel.

Our condolences go out to the family and loved ones of coach Phil Hower, who passed away over the weekend. Hower coached successful teams at the NAIA and high school level. Please pray for his family.

Maryland: Some updated contract info at Maryland via Alex Prewitt of the Washington Post...Keenan McCardell (WRs) and Greg Studrawa (OL) received two year deals; whereas Chad Wilt (DL) received a one year agreement. OC Mike Locksley will now make $625,000 per year and defensive coordinator Brian Stewart will now make $418,000. 

Dakota State (NAIA - SD): Dakota State University is taking applications for a graduate assistant coach. Primary responsibilities include coaching a position group, recruiting and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and admission to Dakota State University’s Master of Education Technology graduate program is required (program is ranked in the Top 3 in the Nation). Any applicants must have a minimum of a 3.25 undergraduate GPA and must take the GRE. There is 2/3 Tuition assistance for graduate school and a $12,000 stipend for the year. Louisiana-Lafayette: UL and head coach Mark Hudspeth have agreed in principal on a contract amendment that will take him through the end of the 2019 season. The new deal, which has yet to be officially signed, includes a pay raise, modified buyout terms, and a contract "designed to keep Hudspeth in Lafayette as long as possible."

Butler (FCS - IN): Tom Dilley, who coached the tight ends last year, has been hired as the new head coach at Guerin Catholic HS (IN). Dilley previously served as head coach at Lawrence North HS (IN) and Bishop Chatard HS (IN) where he won back-to-back state titles in 2001 and 2002.
