University of the South – Sewanee (D-III – TN): The Tigers have a full time assistant coaching position opening. The position pays mid 20’s with benefits. Millersville (D-II - PA): Sources tell us longtime Millersville offensive coordinator Brad Mangle has been relieved of his duties. 

Lake Forest (D-III - IL):  Lake Forest College, 30 miles north of Chicago, Ill., is looking for applicants for the position of quarterback coach. This is a full-time non-tenure track staff appointment with an anticipated start date of June 2013. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications and experience. The anticipated salary range is $25-30,000 annually. Bachelor’s degree and two years of collegiate coaching required; Master’s degree and previous collegiate quarterback coaching experience preferred. Lehigh: Head coach Andy Coen has announced the addition of Joe Bottiglieri to the Mountain Hawks' coaching staff. Bottiglieri will coach Lehigh's inside linebackers.

San Francisco 49ers: The 49ers announced today that director of college scouting Joel Patton has now officially been promoted to director of player personnel. Matt Malaspina becomes director of college scouting and Mike Williams becomes director of pro personnel. Justin Chabot moves up to national scout, Steve Rubio to regional scout and Josh Williams to pro personnel scout.

Temple: The university has announced that athletic director Bill Bradshaw is retiring effective June 30. 

UCLA: Offensive quality control Courtney Morgan has been promoted to director of player development / high school relations. UCLA advises that there are no unfilled quality control positions at this time though. 

Bowdoin College (D-III - ME): Sources tell us quarterbacks coach Steve Shukie is leaving to become head coach at Kents Hill Prep in Maine. 

Knox College (D-III - IL): Knox College, a member of the MWC, has a restricted earnings job open for an Offensive Skill Position Coach. Responsibilities include coaching your own position, recruiting both on and off campus, working with special teams, and other duties assigned by the head coach. The position pays $10,000 and includes a campus meal when classes are in session. There is no housing or other benefits. The position starts July 1. UW - River Falls (D-III): Sources tell us linebackers / special teams coordinator Jeff Rogers has accepted the defensive coordinator position at Taylor Truman (MI) high school. 

Beloit College (D-III - WI): Beloit is seeking qualified candidates for the position of offensive assistant. This is a seasonal, full-time intern position which will start August 1, 2013 and will conclude December 1, 2013. Compensation includes a $4500 stipend no housing or meals. College coaching or playing experience preferred. Azusa Pacific: At Azusa Pacific, we hear head coach Victor Santa Cruz plans to fill coach Shoemaker's position from within the staff. We hear defensive coordinator Brian WIllmer will now also coach the Mikes and Rovers and Gabe Higerd will coach the safeties. No openings on the staff at this time. 

Missouri S&T (D-II): Missouri S&T has hired Michael Burton away from Missouri Western as running backs coach and former Azusa Pacific linebackers coach/video coordinator/recruiting coordinator Kyle Shoemaker as defensive backs coach. 

Tennessee: Athletic director Dave Hart has received a one year extension (now under contract through September 2018) and a $50,000 retention bonus. Hart's annual compensation is now listed as $817,250 (4th highest among SEC ADs). 

Berry College (D-III - GA): Sources tell us that Ossie Buchannon, most recently defensive backs coach at University of the South - Sewanee, has accepted the receivers job at Berry College.

Blinn College (CC - TX): Blinn College is seeking a game for August 24th or September 28th of 2013. Blinn College would be willing to play a JUCO, NAIA or NCAA Division III opponent. Alfred State (D-III - NY): Alfred State College, located in Western New York is seeking a full time assistant football coach/equipment. This is a 12 month position with benefits. Alfred State will be in our first provisional year of NCAA Division III in the fall of 2013. Job Description: Assist the head football coach in all facets of coaching and administrating an NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic program. This position requires close working relationships with the head coach, athletic department staff and other key constituents. This position also serves as the Equipment Manager with primary responsibilities for purchase, repair, storage, laundering, inventory and distribution of athletic apparel and equipment. Lock Haven (D-II - PA): Former Penn State interim athletic director Mark Sherburne has been hired as athletic director at Lock Haven.

Bethany College (KS): Former head coach Jamie Cruces has accepted the head coaching job at Pratt HS (KS).

Lincoln (D-II - PA): As we told you on April 21, former North Texas and Mississippi Valley State offensive coordinator Ramon Flanigan is the Lions' new head coach. He will be officially introduced at a press conference later today. 

Victor Valley (CC - CA): Victor Valley CC is seeking applicants for two (2) Part-Time Football Coaching/ Adjunct Faculty Teaching Positions in the Physical Education Dept (1 Offense/ 1 Defense/ 1 Special Teams). Salary will range in $40,000’s. This is a full Adjunct position Responsibilities include; Teaching in the PE Dept and coaching a position, practice and game preparation, video breakdown and editing (HUDL), recruiting, academic support and development. Compton College (JC - CA): Santa Monica College offensive line coach David Banuelos has been named the head coach at Compton College. 

College of the Sequoias (JC - CA): Brent Davis has been hired as athletic director, effective July 1. 

Bluefield College (NAIA - VA): Head coach Mike Gravier was let go after three years with the program. Gravier helped resurrect a program that stopped playing football after the 1941 season. The Rams concluded spring drills on Wednesday.
