Arizona Cardinals: We hear George Belu and Dave Razzano will not return to the Cardinals' scouting department.
Calgary Stampeders: Former Calgary quarterback Dave Dickenson has now joined the staff as an offensive assistant coach.
Dallas Cowboys: Special teams coach Joe DeCamillis suffered a broken back as a result of the collapse of the team's indoor practice facility during a strong Saturday storm. Please keep Coach DeCamillis in your thoughts. Also, the AP is reporting that scouting assistant Rich Behm will be paralyzed from the waist down after he severed his spinal cord as a result of the storm. Please keep Rich Behm and his family in your thoughts.
Denver Broncos: Lenny McGill has been hired as the assistant director of college scouting. McGill previously served the past 9 years as a college scout with the Green Bay Packers.

Detroit Lions: Jeremiah Washburn has joined the coaching staff as an assistant offensive line coach.
Kansas City Chiefs: Phil Emery is the new director of college scouting. Emery previously served in the Falcons' scouting department under GM Thomas Dimitroff. Jim Nagy has been hired as a regional scout. Nagy joins the Chiefs' staff from New England. Jay Muraco joins the staff as an Area Scout after serving the last 9 years as the College Scouting Coordinator with the New England Patriots. Rod Perry has been promoted to an Area Scout. Also, former Nashville Kats head coach Pat Sperduto has joined the staff as an Area Scout. Ray Farmer, Willie Davis, and Terry Delp have all been retained within the scouting department.
Marshall: There are reports that Marshall athletic director Bob Marcum will likely not have his yearly contract renewed on June 30th.
Southwest Minnesota State: FootballScoop has just learned that passing game coordinator / quarterbacks coach Cory Sauter has been promoted to offensive coordinator at Southwest Minnesota State.
Wilkes University: invites applicants for a football intern in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, beginning August 2009. Wilkes University is an independent institution of higher education with approximately 2,000 undergraduate and 2,000 graduate students located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, a mid-sized city within two and one-half hours driving distance of New York City and Philadelphia. Wilkes University is an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation. The primary responsibility is to assist the head coach in all facets of the program, including the recruitment of quality student athletes, organization and planning of all practices, game preparation, administrative tasks, scouting, team fundraising and monitoring student athlete academic progress. A Bachelor's degree is required. Previous participation and/or coaching experience are preferred. This position includes a stipend, housing and a block meal plan. Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have hired 2 new scouts and promoted one of the current scouts. Former New England Patriots scout Marvin Allen has been hired as the Eastern Regional scout. Former Georgia Force (Arena) defensive coordinator Bob Kronenberg will serve as an Area Scout. The Falcons have promoted Mark Olson to Western Regional Scout. Olson has served the last 5 years as an Area Scout.

Arkansas-Monticello: Alvy Early is stepping down as athletic director. Head women's basketball coach Chris Ratcliff will take over as athletic director at UAM, while continuing to serve as women's basketball coach.
Arizona: Head coach Mike Stoop has officially extended his contract through 2013.
Mahoning Valley Thunder (Arena): Former Tennessee Vols and arena league quarterback Andy Kelly has accepted his first coaching position as the offensive coordinator of the Mahoning Valley Thunder.
Washington State: We hear former Washington State quarterback Jason Gesser has accepted the head coaching job at Eastside Catholic HS (WA).

Oregon: Head coach Chip Kelly has announced that offensive line coach Steve Greatwood will now also serve as run game coordinator. Greatwood was the 2008 FootballScoop Offensive Line Coach of the Year powered by Muscle Milk.
Sacramento State: We hear special teams / tight ends coach Richard Sanchez has accepted the head coaching job at Saint Augustine HS in San Diego.
Wheaton College: Our sources tell us that North Park University associate head coach / offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Joe Davis is set to be named the new offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at Wheaton College.

Colorado: Offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich has accepted a position at the University of Oregon. We hear the Colorado will promote Eric Kiesau to offensive coordinator and will hire a new wide receivers coach.
