Angelo State: Brandon Lacy has been promoted to co-defensive coordinator / run game coordinator. Russell Gaskamp has joined the staff as offensive line coach.
Arizona Western College: Our sources tell us former Idaho State offensive coordinator Mike Orthman has been hired in the same capacity.
Framingham State: Our sources tell us Dexter School (MA) head coach Gavin Fitts has accepted the linebackers / special teams coordinator position at Framingham State.
University of Maine: We hear former Iona College running backs coach Momodou Sisay Jr. has accepted a position on the Maine staff as a defensive assistant.
Oregon: Former head coach Mike Bellotti will coach the quarterbacks during spring practice.
Ohio Northern: Assistant Football, Offensive Coordinator/ Facility Manager/Lecturer; Staff Position - OHIO NORTHERN UNIVERSITY. Ten-month contract appointment. Master's degree desired, bachelor's degree required. Ability to manage ONU Sports Center, manage student assistants and cooperation with coaching staff required. Coaching experience in football desired, preferably at the university level. The ability to teach activities courses in the Human Performance and Sports Sciences Department is required. Harper College: We heard the new head coach could be Cornell College assistant Eric Waldstein.
Midland Lutheran: FootballScoop has now learned that former Florida Atlantic assistant Nick Seta has been hired to coach the defensive backs. It appears former University of Nebraska-Omaha assistant John McMenamin will be the offensive coordinator.
Nebraska: Head coach Bo Pelini has signed a one-year contract extension that will boost his yearly contract to 1.85 million per season.
Northern Arizona: We hear linebackers coach Andy Thompson will take over as defensive coordinator while head coach Jerome Souers will coach the secondary.
Southwest Baptist: Our sources tell us Southwest Baptist head coach Keith Allen has hired former Bacone assistant Darnell Walker to coach the secondary. We hear the secondary coach is moving to linebackers and will assume the defensive coordinator position as well.
VMI: As we first reported, VMI has announced the hiring of former South Florida student assistant Danny Verpaele to assistant the secondary. Defensive assistant Winston October will now coach the wide receivers.

Dartmouth College: Our sources tell us offensive line coach Cyril Brockmeier has resigned his post to accept a high school coaching position in south Florida. We hear head coach Buddy Teevens could be close to hiring former Yale offensive line coach Keith Clark.

Greenville College (IL): Our sources tell us offensive coordinator Joel Penner and accepted the offensive coordinator position at Northwestern College (IA). Greenville is set, according to our sources, to name Jeff Disandro as offensive coordinator.

Eastern Kentucky: Kentucky State co-defensive coordinator / linebackers coach Garry Fisher has joined the Eastern Kentucky staff as linebackers coach.
Northeastern: Corey Hetherman has joined the Northeastern staff as outside linebackers coach. Hetherman previously served as inside linebackers coach at Springfield College.
Oakland Raiders: Our sources tell us Rich Scangarello has joined the Raiders' staff as offensive quality control. Scangarello previously served as co-offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach at UC-Davis.
Whittier College: Kicker Jellerson has joined the Whittier College staff as defensive coordinator. Jellerson previously served as defensive backs coach at Western Washington. We hear Walt Fletcher is moving from offensive line to defensive line. Also, Chris Anderson will move from defensive line to tight ends / running backs. Former Whittier College wide receiver Shawn Briggs has been hired as wide receivers coach. Bill O'Boyle will move from linebackers to offensive coordinator / associate head coach. Jared Izidoro will move from rovers to linebackers. Chasen Eddow remains as defensive backs coach. Whittier is still in the process of hiring a quarterbacks coach.
Alma College: An NCAA Division III institution and member of the highly competitive Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA), is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Intern Assistant Football Coach (defensive backs or linebackers). Qualifications: Bachelors degree required with successful football playing and/or coaching experience, strong professional/interpersonal communication skills and organizational efficiency, outstanding character and leadership qualities a must.
