San Diego State: Chuck Long has been dismissed as head football coach. This news comes surprising to many considering athletic director Jeff Schemmel's public assurance that Long was safe just a few weeks ago.
Wyoming: FootballScoop has just learned that Joe Glenn is out as head coach of the Wyoming Cowboys.

Clemson: Athletic director Terry Don Phillips did not attend the Clemson game at Virginia yesterday. It is being reported that Phillips was in Fort Worth, Texas to watch the Air Force vs. TCU game. Phillips has also spoken recently with Tampa Bay Bucs special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia. Bisaccia served as a Clemson assistant for several years in the early 1990's.
UT-Chattanooga: Our sources tells us that Kentucky assistant coach Randy Sanders interviewed for the head coaching position at UT-Chattanooga on Friday. We also hear that UT-Martin head coach Jason Simpson is very interested in the UTC job.
Washington: FootballScoop has learned that Dennis Franchione is one of the leading candidates to replace Tyrone Willingham at Washington. Former president of Louisiana State University and current president of the University of Washington, Mark Emmert, once offered Franchione the head coaching position at LSU.

University of Dubuque: Head coach Vince Brautigam will not return. Assistant head coach Jay Davis and defensive line coach Erik Ross will not return. The search for a new head coach in underway.
