Alabama: We are hearing through our agent sources that athletic directors seem quite interested in learning more about Alabama offensive coordinator Jim McElwain.  One source tells us that a particular AD with a very stable coaching staff has done some homework already on McElwain just preparing in case an unexpected situation rises (his head coach leaving). McElwain has done a phenomenal job during his two years in Tuscaloosa.  He previously served on staffs at Fresno State, Oakland Raiders, Michigan State (asst head coach 2003-05), Louisville, and Montana State.
