College of the Sequoias (JC - CA): Former secondary coach Fred Zepeda has accepted the same job at Clovis North High School in Fresno, Calif.
Lycoming College (D-III - PA): Former Bucknell, Davidson and St. Mary's head coach Tim Landis has been hired as a full-time assistant at Lycoming. He worked as part-time assistant at Lycoming last fall.

Riverside City College (CA): Defensive coordinator James Kuk has added the assistant head coach and recruiting coordinator titles per source.
Warner (NAIA - FL): A source has informed us that Warner University has released the majority of their coaching staff in the midst of spring practices. Will update. Update> Further sources tell us the entire staff has been let go. Sources confirm to us that the University will make the announcement, later today most likely, that the entire staff is being let go.
UCLA: Offensive line coach Adrian Klemm's massive raise has been approved by the UC Board of Regents. He will earn $650,000 in 2014 and $750,000 in 2015; Klemm made $340,000 in 2013. Overall, Klemm could earn up to $823,000 a year with bonuses.
Memphis: Former Memphis defensive line coach Tim Billings has accepted the head coaching job at North Lamar HS (TX). Billings will also serve as athletic director.
Ball State: Pete Lembo's contract extension and raise, first announced yesterday, will bring his annual compensation to $475,000 (a raise of $79,000 from last season). The raise makes Lembo the second highest paid coach in the MAC, behind only Ohio's Frank Solich.
Widener (D-III - PA): Brian Picucci has been chosen as the new offensive coordinator / offensive line coach. Picucci spent last season as the offensive line coach, and interim head coach at Central Connecticut State.
Drake (FCS - IA): Head coach Rick Fox has announced a few additions to his staff. Brad Pole, who was the OC at Morningside (NAIA - IA), will serve as passing game coordinator and recruiting coordinator. Todd Stepsis, former DC at Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI), will be the DC. Allen Smith, who spent the past two years as the DC at St. Scholastica (D-III - MN), will coach the linebackers. Matt Purdom, who recently ended his playing career at Drake, will serve as an assistant coach.
West Florida (D-II): Steve Saulnier and Jammie Deese, who both worked under head coach Pete Shinnick at UNC-Pembroke, have been added to the staff. Saulnier will serve as the assistant head coach and offensive line coach, and Deese will be the offensive coordinator / receivers coach / recruiting coordinator.
Central State (D-II - OH): Per source, longtime Alabama A&M linebacker coach Jay Martin will be the new defensive coordinator at Central State University.
Drake (FCS - IA): Former West Georgia receivers coach Dominic Robinson has accepted the corners job at Drake.

Robert Morris (NAIA - IL): Sources tell us defensive coordinator Nathan Bell and wide receivers coach Nate Peterson will not return. Former Missouri Valley College defensive backs coach Denny Honnold has been hired as defensive coordinator, and defensive line coach Toby Goetz has been promoted to co-defensive coordinator.
Northwestern State (FCS - LA): As we told you over the past few weeks, Mike Lucas has now been formally named defensive coordinator and Austin Mangin has been named special teams coordinator. Also, offensive line coach Ben Norton has been named offensive coordinator, Kyle Manley will now coach the quarterbacks, Derrick Foster is moving from running backs to receivers, Jackson Dean is moving to tight ends and Will Weaver is moving to running backs.
Millikin (D-III - IL): Millikin University is accepting nominations and applications for a assistant football coach intern. This position will report to the Head Football Coach. This internship is designed as a 10 month educational experience from August 1 to May 31 and is designed to give an individual with an interest in coaching the opportunity to hone his skill development and coaching ability in one or more position areas. The appointment is for one year, with a possible one year renewal. The position will include a stipend, meal allowance, and housing. Pursuing a graduate degree at a nearby university may be possible. Lehigh: Head coach Andy Coen has promoted inside linebackers coach Joe Bottiglieri to defensive coordinator and finalized his staff with the addition of Craig Sutyak (DBs), Jay Ridinger (assistant DBs), Scott Brisson (WRs / recruiting coordinator), and Andy Marino (TEs).
Nebraska: Former Husker defensive back Kenny Wilhite has accepted a position with the recruiting staff, per HuskerIllustrated. Wilhite previously coached the defensive backs at Southeast Missouri State.
Arkansas Tech (D-II): Per source, Northeast Mississippi (CC) defensive coordinator Paige Anders has accepted the safeties / recruiting coordinator job at Arkansas Tech.
Holmes (CC - MS): Per source, former Auburn All-American Chris Shelling has accepted the defensive backs job at Holmes CC.
Ball State: Pete Lembo has agreed to a new 5-year deal at Ball State. CBS has reported it, and we have confirmed. The new deal is expected to make Lembo among the highest paid coaches in the MAC.
North Texas: Dan McCarney offically joined the Twitter world this morning (@UNTCoachMac) and let us know that he finalized and signed his new 5-year deal that we reported earlier this month.
Cornell: Guido Falbo, who most recently worked as the assistant head coach / defensive coordinator at Alderson-Boraddus (D-II - WV), has joined the staff and will coach the running backs, per source.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats (CFL): Head coach Kent Austin has announced Marcello Simmons as a defensive and special teams assistant, while John Zamberlin will move to assistant special teams coach and U.S. scout after two seasons as linebackers coach.
Delaware Valley (D-III - PA): Per source, offensive coordinator Duke Greco will be promoted to head coach at Delaware Valley. Update> The school has now announced this move.
Kutztown (D-II - PA): Delaware Valley College (D-III - PA) head coach Jim Clements has accepted the head coaching position at Kutztown.
Wabash (D-III - IN): Per source, Becker College (D-III - MA) running backs coach Darold Hughes will be the new running backs coach at Wabash.
Emory and Henry College (D-III - VA): Per source, former Weber State wide receivers coach Craig Stutzmann has accepted the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks job at Emory and Henry.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have shifted assistant special teams coach Chris Hewitt to assistant secondary coach.

NFL: Troy Vincent has been named NFL executive vice president of football operations. Vincent, a 15-year NFL veteran, previously served as the senior vice president of the NFL player engagement organization. Also, NFL VP of labor relations, Dave Gardi has been elevated to senior VP of football operations.
Winston-Salem State (D-II - NC): Per source, former Wake Forest offensive coordinator Steed Lobotzke will be the new offensive coordinator at Winston-Salem State.
Southern Virginia (D-III): Per source, BYU grad assistant Jason Walker will be the new defensive coordinator at Southern Virginia.
Central State (D-II - OH): Per source, longtime defensive coordinator Darrel Suber, and offensive coordinator Jermaine Lewis will not return to the staff.
San Francisco 49ers: Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio has received a one year extension (through 2015) and a raise to make him one of the highest paid coordinators in the league, according to the Sacramento Bee. Will update as more details become available.
