Penn State: According to Joe Paterno, the next head coach at Penn State is already on staff.  ''Mr. Paterno told me himself that his replacement is already within the staff, so he'll just bring one new guy in and bump everybody up in the ranks,'' linebacker recruit Mike Yancich from Washington, Pa., said.  FootballScoop believes if indeed Penn State hires within, look for Ron Vanderlinden to get the job.  Vanderlinden is the former University of Maryland (1997-2000) head coach.  While coaching at Colorado in 1990, Vanderlinden won a national championship.  He is currently in his 8th year coaching the linebackers at Penn State.
