Fort Valley State (D-II – GA): Fort Valley State has announced three finalists for the head coaching position and they are Point University (NAIA – GA) head coach Kevin Porter, former Kentucky State head coach Joshua Dean, and Charlie Jackson who works with the NCAA as a member of the college football rules enforcement group. A forum will be held for the three finalists at the end of the month.

Big Ten: Scott Chipman has been named the Big Ten’s associate commissioner for football operations.

Tampa Bay Bucs: Antonio Bradford, who serves as the run game coordinator / tackles and tight ends coach at Tennessee State (FCS), has been selected to participate in the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship program with the Bucs.

Manchester (D-III – IN): Manchester University has on offensive, and one defensive position available. These are full-time, exempt, salaried positions. Other duties will include coordinating team service projects and team fundraising efforts. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via this link. Oakland Raiders: The Steelers have brought in Benny Boyd to participate in the Bill Walsh Minority Fellowship program with the Raiders. Boyd is the special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach at Central Washington University (D-II) and participated in the Minority Fellowship program with the Steelers in 2010.

College of DuPage (JC – IL): College of DuPage is looking for two volunteer coaches for this upcoming season starting this summer. Looking to bring in one on each side of the ball. These are unpaid entry level positions, with the potential to grow into a stipend position in the future. This is a tremendous opportunity for individuals looking to break into the college profession working with high level talent at a top 10 junior college.
