Belhaven College (MS): As FootballScoop first reported, Bacone College head coach Joseph Thrasher will be named head football coach at Belhaven College.
Clemson: Alabama head defensive coach Kevin Steele will become the new defensive coordinator at Clemson.
Iowa State: Scott Fountain has been retained. Fountain will coach the tight ends and tackles.
Miami (OH): We hear Mike Haywood has hired Bill Elias. Elias is the current athletic director at Gannon University and is a former LSU assistant.
Oklahoma State: Sources tell FootballScoop that Pittsburgh defensive coordinator Phil Bennett is interested in joining the Oklahoma State staff as defensive coordinator.
UCLA: Sources tell FootballScoop that UCLA head coach Rich Neuheisal is interested in talking with veteran defensive coordinator John Thompson and Montana head coach Bobby Hauck regarding the Bruin's defensive coordinator job.
UT-Chattanooga: UT-Martin associate head coach Marcus Satterfield will be the offensive coordinator. Former Hofstra defensive coordinator Mike Elko is the new defensive coordinator at UTC. Tennessee State offensive line coach Russ Ehrenfeld will coach the offensive line. Sewanne University assistant Carter Cardwell will be a defensive assistant. Jason McManus and Fred Tate have been retained. McManus will coach the wide receivers and serve as recruiting coordinator. Tate will coach the defensive line. Former University of Memphis player, Marcus West, will be a defensive assistant. West coached at Wartburg College in Iowa last season.

Cal: Head coach Jeff Tedford has agreed to a 2-year contract extension.
New Orleans Saints: We hear Denver Broncos assistant Bill Johnson is expected to talk with New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton about joining the Saints staff as defensive line coach.
LSU: The Times-Picayune Newspaper is reporting that San Francisco 49ers secondary coach Vance Joseph could be joining the LSU staff.
Kansas State: Oregon assistant Robin Pfulgrad is not a candidate to join the staff at Kansas State.
Miami (OH): We hear head coach Mike Haywood has talked with Morris Watts and Carl Reese about joining the Miami staff.
San Francisco 49ers: We hear the Jason Tarver may become the next linebackers coach for the 49ers.
Syracuse: Sources tell FootballScoop that former Michigan defensive coordinator Scott Shafer has agreed to become the new defensive coordinator at Syracuse.

Lincoln University (MO): We hear interviews begin next week. Ryan Held (former SW Oklahoma head coach), Nathan Cochran (Blackburn College), and one current assistant coach will interview for the head coaching job.
Louisville: We hear that former Utah State head coach Brent Guy has accepted a position on the Louisville coaching staff. It is likely that Guy will coach the linebackers.
North Alabama: Former Auburn head coach Terry Bowden has accepted the head coaching job at University of North Alabama.
Tulsa: Head coach Todd Graham has agreed to a new 10-year contract. There is a buyout in the contract. Tulsa hopes to keep Graham at least through the 2018-2019 season.

Tennessee: As FootballScoop reported earlier in the day, multiple reports about Ed Orgeron joining the LSU staff were inaccurate. FootballScoop has now learned that Orgeron has now accepted the associate head coach / recruiting coordinator / defensive line position at Tennessee. ESPN is reporting Orgeron will make $650,000 per year.

Dallas Cowboys: We hear special teams coach Bruce Read will not be retained.
San Diego State: As FootballScoop first reported, former New Mexico head coach Rocky Long has now joined Brady Hoke's staff at San Diego State.
Tennessee: Sources tell FootballScoop that St. Louis Rams tight ends coach Jim Chaney has accepted the offensive coordinator position at Tennessee. Chaney served as offensive coordinator at Purdue from 1998-2005.
