Alabama: Nick Saban has hired Auburn linebackers coach James Willis as associate head coach / linebackers.

Carolina Panthers: We hear Cleveland Browns quarterbacks coach Rip Scherer is heading to Carolina in the same capacity.

Rice: Our sources tell us former Purdue offensive coordinator Ed Zaunbrecher will join the Rice staff.

Stanford: Offensive line coach Chris Dalman has left the program to spend more time with his family.

Air Force: Head coach Troy Calhoun has agreed to a new 5-year contract.

Detroit Lions: Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham will accept the same position within the Detroit Lions organization.

Grand Rapids CC: Our sources tell us Muskegon HS head coach (MI) Tony Annese will be named the new head coach this afternoon at Grand Rapids CC.

Mississippi State: We hear former Auburn wide receivers coach Greg Knox has accepted a position on Dan Mullen's staff at Mississippi State.  Our sources tell us Knox will coach the running backs.

Western Illinois: Our sources tell us that Northern Arizona cornerbacks coach Carl Franks will join the Western Illinois staff as secondary coach.

Bowling Green: As FootballScoop first reported over a week ago, Marshall assistant Shannon Morrison has officially accepted the co-defensive coordinator position at Bowling Green.

Florida: Former University of Washington tights ends /special teams coach Brian White will join Urban Meyer's staff.  White will coach the tight ends.

San Diego State: Former New Mexico linebackers coach Tony White has joined the San Diego State staff as defensive backs coach.

Tennessee: We hear former Ole Miss head coach Ed Orgeron has invaded the Rebel's staff.  The Vols have hired Ole Miss recruiting assistant Amanda Gilpin to assist the Vols' recruiting office.

Yale: We hear Hawaii special teams coordinator / assistant defensive line coach Ikaika Malloe will join the Yale staff under new head coach Tom Williams.

Alabama: Reports are the Nick Saban is interested in South Carolina defensive line coach Brad Lawing.

Delaware: We hear there is an offensive coordinator position open. 

Fresno State: We hear defensive line coach Kerry Locklin could be heading to Kansas.  Head coach Pat Hill is in the process of hiring his 5th offensive coordinator in the past five years after Doug Nussmeier accepted a position on the Washington staff.

Houston Texans: Buffalo Bills assistant Bill Kollar will join the Texans' staff as defensive line coach.

Indiana State: Our sources tell us that offensive coordinator Bill Diedrick, offensive line coach Ted Unbehagen, and defensive backs coach Edmund Jones have all left the program.  Head coach Trent Miles apparently has replacements in line.

Miami: We hear head coach Randy Shannon has interest in 2 coaches to replace defensive coordinator Bill Young, who accepted a position at Oklahoma State yesterday.  Shannon will likely talk with Notre Dame head defensive coach Jon Tenuta and Dallas Cowboys linebackers coach Reggie Herring.  If Shannon can't get the right guy, don't be surprised to see the head coach take on the role of defensive coordinator next season.

Minnesota: Our sources tell us former Broncos and Ravens assistant Jedd Fisch will accept the offensive coordinator position under Tim Brewster.  Fisch worked hand in hand constructing the offensive game plans in Baltimore with Brian Billick. 

South Florida: Offensive coordinator Greg Gregory was told last Saturday night that he was "relieved from his duties as offensive coordinator" after Gregory told head coach Jim Leavitt he was going to interview at Florida for the tight ends position.  Leavitt did not use the word "fired." As of now, Leavitt still considers Gregory a member of his staff.

Thiel College: is no longer accepting applications for the 2 intern positions.

It is a Wide Receiver's position and  applicants must have experience coaching or playing Wide Receiver or Quarterback. Education is the main graduate program offered to Graduate Assistants at Alfred University.
