Montana Tech: Rich Mayson has been hired to coach the wide receivers. Mayson previously served on the staff at Northwest Missouri State.
Fort Hayes State: Former North Dakota assistant Kyle Nystrom has accepted the defensive coordinator job. Nystrom will also coach the safeties.
Cornell College: Former Cornell College player Adam Eichhorn has joined the staff as the new defensive cooridnator.
Northwestern: Our sources tell us that Cody Cejda has joined the Northwestern staff under head coach Pat Fitzgerald as the new coordinator of player development and personnel.
Rochester Community and Technical College: FootballScoop has just learned that John Schaekel has been hired as the new defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach.
Winona State: We hear New Berlin Eisenhower (Wisconsin) offensive coordinator Mike Budziszewski accepted the offensive GA position at Winona State.

Indiana State: FootballScoop learned last night that former Cincinnati and Notre Dame graduate assistant, Jesse Minter, has accepted the running backs job at Indiana State.
University of San Diego: FootballScoop has confirmed that offensive coordinator Todd Washington is taking part in the San Diego Chargers OTA internship program that will continue through part of training camp.
South Alabama: We hear the candidates for the athletic director position at South Alabama include Southeastern LA athletic director Joel Erdmann, Birmingham-Southern athletic director Joe Dean Jr., and Samford associate athletic director Jay Roberson.
Tennessee: We have learned that off-the-field graduate assistant Ryan Bollinger is now serving in the role of assistant to the head coach.

Memphis: FootballScoop has learned that head coach Tommy West has just hired ULM assistant John Wozniak to fill the Tigers' last full-time position. Wozniak coached last season at Montana State and had joined the ULM staff after the season as the new wide receivers coach. He will now make the move to Memphis.
South Alabama: AD Joe Gottfied will retire on August 1st.

Edmonton Eskimos (CFL): Former Eskimos' wide receiver (1999-2006) Ed Hervey has been named Eskimos Head Scout. University of Alberta head coach Jerry Friesen will serve as a guest coach during training camp. Other training camp "guest coaches" will be Mookie Mitchell, Rick Walters, Tim Prinsen, Bill Dole, Jason Lafferty, and Ace Powell.
Saskatchewan Rough Riders (CFL): The following coaches will serves as "guest coaches" during training camp. Ed Carleton (DC- University of Saskatchewan), Paul Charbonneau (TE- North Dakota), Bob Lancaster (DC- Catawba College), Gerry McGrath (HC- Concordia), Joe Loth (HC- Otterbein College), and Marcus Crandell (former East Carolina, NFL, and CFL quarterback).

Cleveland Browns: Former Dallas Cowboys scout Keith O'Quinn is joining the Browns' staff as director of pro scouting.
Colorado: Head coach Dan Hawking has hired 68 year-old Bob Foster to coach the outside linebackers for just the 2009 season. Foster is the former UC-Davis head coach, who most recently coached the linebackers at Cal in 2006. Meanwhile, Coach Hawkins plans to serve as the wide receivers coach this season, while mentoring graduate assistant Ashley Ambrose. Ambrose will move into the wide receivers position in 2010. Jashon Sykes will serve as assistant DFO and coordinator of football relations. Todd Ritter will move into a new role of assistant DFO and coordinator of on-campus recruiting. Chip Marks has been added to the staff as Hawkins' right hand man. Robert Tucker remains as DFO.

Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs have hired former New England Patriots assistant coach (2005-2007) Joel Collier as the assistant general manager. Former Tampa Bay area scout Dom Green joins the staff as an area scout. Former Northwestern University coordinator of player development Ryan Kessenich joins the staff as an area scout. Also, former Cleveland Browns head coach liason / special teams assistant, Chris Caminiti, joins the staff as manager of football operations.
LA Tech: We hear head coach Derek Dooley has hired Jacob Peeler as a football intern. Peeler previously served as the offensive line coach at Independence CC (KS). Peeler is a former LA Tech offensive lineman.
Portland State: Offensive coordinator Mouse Davis has decided to call it career after 50 years of coaching.
Tampa Bay Bucs: Tampa Bay Tech coach C.C. Culpepper will take part in an internship as he joins the Bucs' staff during this week's OTA's. Culpepper will return to Tampa Bay Tech.
Winona State: is no longer taking applications for the GA position.
