Albright College: FootballScoop has learned that former St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (NY) assistant Jeff Gelormini has been hired at the new tight ends / assistant offensive line coach at Albright College.

Clemson: Clemson grad assistant Ryan Sulkowski has accepted the head coaching job at Rifle High School in Colorado.

Dickinson College: FootballScoop has confirmed that Dickinson College has hired Robert Jazwinski to coach the defensive line.  Jazwinski previously served on the staff at Susquehanna University.

Houston: Athletic director Dave Maggard is retiring.

Lake Forest College: FootballScoop has just learned that head coach Brent Becker has resigned to pursue other career opportunities.  Defensive coordinator Jim Cantanzaro will be promoted to head coach.

Alabama A&M: Head coach Anthony Jones has interviewed four candidates for the wide receivers job.  Terry Liggins (NC High School coach), Michael Brown (former Alabama A&M receiver), Shawn Gregory (former Samford assistant, current Birmingham area high school coach), and veteran coach John McKenzie have all interviewed.

Newberry College: Our sources tell us head coach Zak Willis will not return.  We hear defensive coordinator Todd Knight is a legitimate candidate to replace Willis as head coach.

Oregon: We hear Colorado offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich is set to interview with Oregon head coach Chip Kelly.

Samford University: Our sources tell us Samford has hired former Alabama and NFL defensive back Sam Shade as defensive backs coach.

Savannah State: We hear wide receivers coach Eddie Johnson has been promoted to offensive coordinator.

JOB POSTING:

Jackson State: football team is looking to fill two restricted earning coaching positions. One position will work on the offensive side of the ball, with the tight ends and offensive tackles. The other position will work on the defensive side ball, with the linebackers. Previous playing and/or coaching experience in those areas are highly recommended, but not required. Extensive computer skills, knowledge of video editing equipment and the ability to break down game film are required!! The selected candidates will have coaching, practice video and film exchange responsibilities. These individuals will also be responsible for all film breakdowns, scouting reports, editing, recruiting and other duties as assigned. Compensation for these positions is $10K for nine months (rooms/boarding is not included).
