Southeastern Louisiana (FCS): Sources tell us Patrick Toney has been promoted to safeties coach/special teams coordinator. He previously worked in an off-the-field capacity.
Georgia State: Georgia State has hired former Detroit Lions wide receivers/tight ends coach Tim Lappano as wide receivers coach.
Mt. San Antonio College (JC - CA): Assistant coach Daniel Al Gattas has been hired as head coach at Baldwin Park (Calif.) High School.
Kentucky: As we reported Sunday, Texas State defensive coordinator and safeties coach Craig Naivar has joined the Kentucky staff as special teams coordinator and safeties coach.
Duke: Graduate assistant, and former Blue Devil, Jeff Faris has been promoted to wide receivers coach.
Stanford: Andrew Luck Director of Offense Mike Bloomgren has added the title of associate head coach.
Marshall: Chris Barclay, who coached the running backs at William and Mary last season, will be the new running backs coach, according to the Charleston Daily Mail. He replaces Thomas Brown, who accepted the same position at Wisconsin.
San Bernardino Valley (JC - CA): San Bernardino Valley College is seeking a walk on running backs coach. This position pays from $4200-$5000 per season (no housing, meals or benefits). Montreal Alouettes (CFL): New head coach Tim Higgins has announced his coaching staff: Noel Thorpe (assistant head coach/defensive coordinator/defensive backs), Rick Worman (offensive coordinator), Ryan Dwindiddie (quarterbacks), Erik Campbell (wide receivers), Mark Speckman (running backs), Andre Bolduc (offensive quality control/special teams assistant), Jean-Vincent Posy-Audette (defensive/special teams assistant), Anwar Stewart (defensive quality control).
Georgia: Sources tell us that former Mississippi Valley State (FCS) offensive coordinator Alex Jackson has accepted an offensive quality control job at Georgia.
Miles College (D-II - AL): Per source, receivers coach Gary Banks has accepted the offensive coordinator job at Florence HS (AL).
Georgia: Running backs coach Bryan McClendon ($250,000) and tight ends coach John Lilly ($250,000) have received raises. Both coaches made $235,000 last year.
Stonehill (D-II - MA): Stonehill seeks an assistant football coach for defense. Preferred candidates will have prior experience playing/coaching DL, LB, or DB, at least 1 year of collegiate coaching experience, and have ties to the Northeast Region. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license is required. Salary will be commensurate with experience and includes a campus meal plan. Affordable housing is available. Youngstown State: Mike Zordich has officially joined the staff as safeties coach / co-special teams coordinator, and Jamie Bryant has moved from special teams coach to defensive coordinator.
Missouri: Gary Pinkel's contract has been extended through 2020, with his base salary increasing from $2.8 million to $3.1 million. Pinkel can earn up to an additional $1.825 million in incentives. Also, the salary pool for assistants has bumped up to $3.2 million (was $2.66 million in 2013). Defensive coordinator Dave Steckel ($600,000) and offensive coordinator Josh Henson ($550,000) also received raises.

Santa Barbara City College (JC - CA): Puget Sound offensive line coach Dan Lever is the new offensive line coach/run game coordinator for Santa Barbara City College.

Coastal Carolina (FCS - SC): Bill Durkin has been hired as running backs coach. He spent the past four years as Bowling Green's offensive line coach.
Samford (FCS - AL): Alabama offensive analyst Ronnie Letson has been hired as wide receivers coach at Samford. Letson was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Jacksonville State from 2004-12.
Florida: New offensive coordinator Kurt Roper has signed a three-year contract worth up to $1.97 million. Roper will earn an average of $590,000 per season, plus a $100,000 signing bonus and a $100,000 retention bonus if he remains in his post through Jan. 31, 2016. Previous Gators offensive coordinator Brent Pease made $590,000 last season. Additionally, special teams coordinator/outside linebackers coach Coleman Hutzler will make $230,000 in 2014 on a one-year contract and offensive line coach Mike Summers will earn $190,000 on a two-year contract.
Puget Sound (D-III - WA): Defensive coordinator Thomas Ford has accepted the head coaching job at Stadium High School in Tacoma, Wash.

Carter has 15 years of BCS level experience at places like LSU, Pitt, Penn State, Vandy, and was most recently at Louisville as the running backs coach under Charlie Strong. Dan Gerberry has also been named tight ends coach.
College of the Desert (JC - CA): Running backs coach/co-special teams coordinator Jeremy Mercer has accepted the head coaching job at Pueblo Central (Colo.) High School.
Anna Maria (D-III - MA): Anna Maria College has an immediate opening for a defensive assistant coach. Missouri: Gary Pinkel and Mizzou are closing in on a contract extension that will increase his pay from $2.8 million to just north of $3 million according to Missouri's Rivals site.
Toledo: Bluffton (D-III - OH) head coach Tyson Veidt has accepted the linebackers/recruiting coordinator job at Toledo.
West Virginia: Tom Bradley will earn $600,000 in 2014 and $400,000 in 2015 with incentives according to Hoppy Kercheval of West Virginia Metronews.
Southern Illinois (FCS): Ashton Aikens is the new wide receivers coach at Southern Illinois. He worked previously as special teams quality control at Northwestern.

Ohio State: Former Cincinnati linebacker Jon Carpenter has joined the staff as a defensive grad assistant. Jon is the brother of former Buckeye linebacker Bobby Carpenter.
Presentation (NAIA - SD): Presentation College is seeking qualified candidates for the position of RESTRICTED EARNINGS Football Coach - Offense. This is an entry level position, designed to provide the successful candidate coaching and administrative experience. Responsibilities will include coaching a position on the offense to be determined, and assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program (practice and game preparation, recruiting, fundraising, video breakdown, camps, equipment, community involvement, and other duties as assigned). Adams State (D-II - CO): Former Western State Colorado (D-II) offensive coordinator Tony Case is the new offensive line coach, according to sources.
Minnesota: Sources confirm to us that Mike Sherels will be the new linebackers coach. Sherels is a former Gopher linebacker and spent last season as a defensive GA.
Army: Former Florida Atlantic defensive coordinator Jovan Dewitt and The Citadel offensive coordinator Bob Bodine have officially joined the Army staff, the academy announced today.
Ave Maria (NAIA - FL): Ave Maria has made a few changes to their coaching staff. Brad Vojcak has been hired to coach the OL after previously serving as an offensive GA at Eastern Michigan, Malcolm Pearson has been hired to coach the DBs (coached corners at Bethel College, KS last year), and Zach Opsal has been hired as special teams coordinator / video coordinator (was a GA at Northern Illinois last year). Also, within the staff, Michael Armstrong will move from secondary to TEs and will remain as DFO, and Ryan Gravel will move from offensive assistant to WRs.
Becker College (D-III - MA): Becker College is looking for a defensive assistant coach to start immediately. The position includes free housing, meals and a stipend over 12 months. The position will be responsible for coaching own position group and recruiting a geographic area. West Virginia: Dana Holgorsen stated that senior associate head coach Tom Bradley will work with the defensive line and Damon Cogdell will work with the linebackers.

Bucknell: Sources tell us that Northwestern offensive grad assistant Rickey Jackson has joined the staff and will coach the receivers.
Lafayette: Per source, Northwestern defensive grad assistant McNeil Parker has joined the Lafayette staff as corners coach.
Northwestern: Sources tell us that Northwestern has promoted Dan Hernandez from offensive quality control to offensive grad assistant.
Northwestern State: Per source, former Southeastern Louisiana head coach Mike Lucas is the new defensive coordinator at Northwestern State (FCS - LA). Last season Lucas coached the defensive line at Indiana State.

Northeastern State (D-II - OK): Ellsworth (CC - IA) head coach Josh Lattimer has resigned to become the defensive coordinator at Northeastern State (D-II - OK).
Texas State: Sources tell us former Arkansas State defensive coordinator John Thompson will join the Texas State staff, likely as defensive coordinator.

Tiffin (D-II - OH): Tiffin University has hired Matt Edwards as defensive coordinator. Edwards previously served as the defensive line and special teams coordiantor at FAU. Sources tell us Tiffin is interviewing candidates for the defensive backs job this week.
UConn: The Daily Press is reporting that William and Mary receivers coach / passing game coordinator David Corley has accepted a position with the UConn staff and will coach the running backs.
Miami Dolphins: Jack Bicknell Jr. has joined the staff as the assistant offensive line coach. Bicknell previously coached the offensive line for the Steelers.
Kentucky: Per source, Texas State defensive coordinator Craig Naivar has accepted a position on Mark Stoops' staff. He will coach the special teams.
