MidAmerica Nazarene University: Former Kansas City Chiefs safety and Kansas City Brigade head coach Kevin Porter is the new defensive coordinator at MidAmerica Nazarene University.

East Central CC: Brian Anderson has been promoted from offensive coordinator to interim head football coach at ECCC.  Anderson replaces Steve Cheatham, who resigned last week due to health related issues and to spend more time with his family. 

Mullins HS (SC): Former Central Florida assistant Miles Aldridge has accepted the head coaching job and athletic director position at Mullins HS in South Carolina.  Aldridge once coached on the staff at Clemson and University of South Carolina.

South Florida: Defensive grad assistant, Jared Davis, has accepted the defensive coordinator job at Gibbs HS in St. Petersburg, FL. 

Wagner College: Former South Florida grad assistant Marcus Edwards is the new wide receivers coach at Wagner College.

SMU: Buffalo Bills scout, Joe Hearing, has accepted the linebackers job at SMU.

Franklin College: Steve Rock has been hired as the full-time special teams coordinator.  Rock served last season in a part-time capacity with the Franklin College staff.

Briar Cliff University: is no longer accepting applications for its current offensive assistant position.

Lambuth University: is no longer accepting applications for their defensive backs / special teams coordinator opening.

Lock Haven: is no longer accepting resumes for the open position.

Florida State: Former FSU wide receiver, Tamarick Vanover, has returned to school to finish his degree.  Vanover is now serving as a student assistant, working with the wide receivers.  Former FSU cornerback, Terrell Buckley, will serve as the defensive GA.

Oklahoma State: We hear head coach Mike Gundy should be signing his new contract any day now.
