Ellsworth (CC - IA): Upper Iowa (D-II) offensive coordinator Jesse Montalto is the new head coach at Ellsworth. 

Northeastern State (D-II - OK): As we reported earlier this month, Northeastern State has formally announced the hiring of Josh Lattimer as defensive coordinator/linebackers coach. He spent the 2013 season as head coach at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa. 

Norfolk State (FCS - VA): Former Morgan State head coach Donald Hill-Eley has been announced as the offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach at Norfolk State.

Cheyney (D-II - PA): Head coach Ken Lockard has resigned after three seasons as the helm. Offensive coordinator Anthony Johnson will serve as interim head coach while the school conducts a national search. 

Yale (FCS - CT): The school announced that Joe Conlin has been promoted to offensive coordinator today. He was the associate head coach, run game coordinator and offensive line coach in 2013. Conlin replaces Kevin Morris, who accepted a similar post at Monmouth earlier this month. 

Hawaii: Wayne Moses was formally introduced as Hawaii's running backs on Friday. He coached running backs at Army and has previously worked at UCLA, USC, Stanford and with the St. Louis Rams, among other places. 

Tarleton State (D-II - TX): Per sources, McMurry head coach Mason Miller will be joining the Tarleton State staff on the offensive side of the ball. Will update... 

Illinois: Ryan Cubit, son of offensive coordinator Bill Cubit, has been hired as director of student-athlete development. He most recently served as co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Western Michigan in 2012. 

Susquehanna (D-III - PA): The Crusaders have added Rocco Salomone as defensive coordinator. Salomone is the long-time head coach at the SUNY Brockport (NY), where he holds the school's all-time wins record. 

Arizona State: Sources tell us Tarleton State (D-II - TX) offensive line coach Josh Martin will join the Arizona State staff as an offensive GA. 

Virginia University of Lynchburg (USCAA): Former Concordia College (AL) head coach Don Lee has officially accepted the AD/head football coach position. The university has decided they will play football next season and continue all athletics programs. 

Fresno City College (JC - CA): Quarterbacks coach Tim Simons has left the staff to return to Clovis North High School as head coach. Additionally, the Rams have hired Ryan Rushhaupt as linebackers coach, filling a position vacated when Kerry Locklin joined the New Mexico State staff. 

Louisiana Tech: Middle Tennessee director of player personnel Lance Basler is the new director of football operations at Louisiana Tech. 

Alabama State (FCS): Former Super Bowl MVP Dexter Jackson has been named safeties coach and special teams coordinator.

Los Angeles Valley College (JC - CA): Offensive coordinator/running backs coach Ceasar Sandoval will not return to the staff. 

Yale (FCS - CT): Per source, Artie Asselta is leaving McNeese State to take the wide receivers job at Yale.

McNeese State (FCS - LA): Sources tell us former Stephen F. Austin offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Landon Hoefer has taken the quarterbacks job at McNeese State. 

Northern State (D-II - SD): Ben Ehret has been announced as offensive line coach. He spent 2013 as the running backs coach at Milliken (D-III - IL).

Simon Fraser (D-II - Canada): Per source, Abe Elimimian has been hired as defensive coordinator. 

Lackawanna College (CC - PA): Lackawanna College, located in Scranton Pa., is seeking a volunteer TE/OL coach. Meals are included, but no stipend or benefits are attached to the position. Applicants from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, and Binghamton areas are strongly encouraged to apply. The hired applicant will be responsible for his own position group (TE) and assist in coaching the offensive line. Other duties will be assigned, including field set up, film review, data entry, recruiting, and opponent/self scouting. Experience coaching either OL or TE is preferred but not required. Augustana College (D-II - SD): Augustana College (D-III - IL) defensive backs coach Jordan Malone has accepted the same job at Augustana College in South Dakota. 

Concord (D-II - WV): Former West Virginia defensive lineman J.B. Lageman has joined the staff as a graduate assistant in charge of the outside linebackers. 

Jamestown (NAIA - ND): Head coach Shawn Frank has announced the hiring of former Jimmies quarterback Josh Kittell as offensive coordinator. Kittell spent five years at Minot State, most recently as passing game coordinator and co-special teams coordinator. Jared Schwanz has also been promoted to defensive coordinator. 

Edinboro (D-II - PA): Edinboro is looking to fill an open date for the weekend of September 6. 

Harvard: Head coach Tim Murphy has announced that former staff member Mike Donovan will return as assistant defensive line coach. 

Augustana College (D-III - IL): Chad Cleveland has been promoted to defensive backs coach. Cleveland spent the 2013 season as an intern after previously coaching at Eastern Illinois. 

Muhlenberg College (D-III - PA): Joshua Carter will return to his alma mater as quarterbacks/wide receivers coach and special teams coordinator.

Please keep the Naval Academy staff and the family of running back Will McKamey in your prayers. McKamey passed away last night after collapsing at practice three days ago.

Dickinson State (NAIA - ND): Dickinson State has an opening for a football assistant coach/assistant track coach/instructor of health and physical education position. Salary is between $40,000 and $45,000 and begins on August 1. Teaching load is six credits. Frostburg State (D-III - MD): Sources tell us Frostburg State has hired former Southern Virginia offensive coordinator Tye Hiatt to the same post. 

Endicott College (D-III - MA): Endicott College is seeking an offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach and a defensive coordinator. Additional responsibilities will be expected in one or more of the following areas: Contest management, Director of Intramurals, Strength and Conditioning, or Student-athlete mentoring programs. Marietta College (D-III - OH): Staff changes at Marietta College as Kadeem Corbin has moved from corners coach to defensive line coach. Former Wittenberg defensive back, Jamaal Everett, has been hired as the new corners coach. Tim Conner has moved from running backs to wide receivers and former Marietta High School head coach as well as former Cornell College defensive coordinator Adam Eichorn has been hired as the new running backs coach. Tight ends coach Dan Starr has been promoted to JV Head Coach.

Kent State: Sources tell us the Flashes will hire former Miami (Ohio) head coach Don Treadwell as running backs coach. He is expected to start on the job on Tuesday. 

Jones (JC - MS): Sources tell us that Chip Bilderback, the defensive coordinator at Purvis HS (MS), has been hired to coach the safeties.

Kean (D-III - NJ): Per source, John Liberato is now coaching the offensive line at Kean University. Liberato was the head coach at Summit HS (NJ) for six years previously and led the team to two state titles.

Slippery Rock: Dom Razzano has been hired to coach the linebackers, and Eric Thatcher will coach the secondary and coordinate the special teams.

William and Mary: Winston October, who most recently coached the receivers at VMI, has now officially joined the staff and will coach the receivers.

Buffalo Bills founder and owner Ralph Wilson passed away at age 95 on Tuesday. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Methodist (D-III - NC): Sources tell us Methodist has hired former Mary Hardin-Baylor (TX) safeties coach/recruiting coordinator Derrick Williams has been hired as cornerbacks coach, and former Huntingdon College (AL) running backs coach Benjamin Ganus has been hired to coach running backs. 

Michigan: Brady Hoke announced today that Justin Dickens is the Wolverines' new director of football operations. Dickens had spent the past three years as the director of public and media relations for Michigan's football program. 

Southern Virginia (D-III): Snow College (Utah) co-offensive coordinator/tight ends coach Mike Meifu has been announced as the offensive coordinator at Southern Virginia. 

LA Harbor (CC - CA): Sources tell us that defensive line coach Greg Hoyt will not return.

Saint Anselm (D-II - NH): Saint Anselm College, located in Manchester NH, is seeking volunteer offensive quality control intern. No stipend or benefits available. Applicants from the New Hampshire, or Boston area are strongly encouraged to apply. Interns will be involved in all aspects of the program including coaching, field set up, video editing, data entry, recruiting, and opponent / self-scouting. Navarro (JC - TX): Navarro College is looking for an individual for the position of defensive intern football coach. The candidate must have great professional skills and experience with Hudl video system. Room and meals will be provided but no monetary value is attached with this position. Fox Sports: Former Baltimore Ravens head coach Brian Billick will not return to Fox's NFL coverage after six seasons as a game analyst with the network.

Purdue: Per source, Cincinnati director of recruiting Mike Waugh will join the Purdue staff as director of player personnel. 

UW-Whitewater (D-III): Sources tell us that 2012 FootballScoop D-III Coordinator of the Year John O'Grady will join Lance Leipold's staff and will coach the tight ends. O'Grady previously served as offensive coordinator at Wisconsin-Oshkosh (D-III).

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University has an opening for a restricted earnings, defensive assistant coach position. Anticipated start date is April 15, 2014. Send letter of interest, resume, and references to .

Wisconsin: Keegan Andersen, the son of head coach Gary Andersen, has announced that he will be joining the staff as a grad assistant. 

Western Carolina: Per source, receivers coach Trey Elder will be the new head coach at Woodruff HS (SC).

Auburn: Sources tell us that Eric Munoz has been promoted to defensive analyst. Munoz previously served as assistant high school relations.
