Averett (D-III - VA): Averett University Football seeking Graduate Assistant. Averett University is looking for a Defensive Graduate Assistant/Strength & Conditioning. Responsibilities include coaching a position, practice / game preparation, recruiting area, summer camps, strength & conditioning, video and all other aspects of the football program. Qualifications include: Experience with strength and conditioning – must be nationally certified or get certification by September 1st, acceptance into graduate school (3.0 minimum GPA), Valid Driver’s License, Special consideration will be given to those that have National Strength & Conditioning Certification. Ohio State: Ohio State is looking for a qualified GA to work with the defensive line. Candidates should email director of football operations Brian Voltolini at Voltolini.5@osu.edu. Candidates need to have 2.8 Undergrad GPA and coaching experience.
Midland University (NAIA - NE): Dave Gillespie has been named athletic director at Midland University. Gillespie comes to Midland after serving as the activities director at Lincoln Southwest HS (NE).
Arkansas State: Mickey Ryan has been named associate AD for external relations. Ryan has previous experience in broadcasting and marketing spanning over 20 years, including the past two seasons as a Red Wolves sideline reporter.
UNLV: Tina Kunzer-Murphy, who has 12 years of experience as the executive director of the Las Vegas Bowl to go along with her background working various roles in the UNLV athletic department, has been named interim athletic director. Kunzer-Murphy will not be a candidate for the permanent AD position, according to the Las Vegas Sun.
Mississippi State: Scott Wetherbee has been named associate athletic director for external affairs. Wetherbee most recently held the title of assistant AD for marketing and ticketing operations at ECU, where he had served since 2003.
East Coast Prep (MA): East Coast Prep is seeking an assistant coach for next season. You will coach your own position and have off the field duties assigned by the head coach. Arkansas: Towson athletic director Mike Waddell stepped down and has accepted the senior associate athletic director for external operations and strategic communications postion at Arkansas.
Citrus College (JC - CA): Wide receivers coach and director of football operations Peter Lofthouse has been promoted to offensive coordinator.
Adrian College (D-III - MI): Inside linebacker coach / special teams coordinator Chad O'Brien has been promoted to assistant head coach / offensive coordinator.
Trinity International (NAIA - IL): Trinity International University, a private Christian University, in Deerfield, IL is seeking a defensive graduate assistant. The position includes a stipend (based on experience) and ½ tuition. Room and board are not included. Christian Leadership and mentoring of young men is vital for this job. The position will be responsible for coaching a position (Preferably D-Line), recruiting, film breakdown, and additional duties given by the head coach and defensive coordinator. Franklin College (D-III - IN): Franklin College invites applications for the position of offensive line coach / Intramural Sports Coordinator. This is a full-time, 10-month staff position. Football responsibilities will include recruiting, coaching offensive line, managing equipment and other duties assigned. Intramural coordinator manages and supervises the recreational sports program. A bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred. Manchester (D-III - IN): Manchester University anticipates an offensive intern position to become available for the 2013 season. This is a $12,500.00 position that includes benefits, a meal plan, and possible housing. Brockport State University (D-III - NY): Former Syracuse player Glen Young has been named defensive coordinator at Brockport State. Young previously served as the special teams coordinator / linebackers coach and strength coach at Hampden-Sydney College (D-III - VA)

USC: Athletic director Pat Haden made over $2.2 million in compensation in 2011, according to tax returns obtained by USA Today. That would make him the second highest paid AD in the country behind Vanderbilt's David Williams (who also serves in numerous other roles with the university). Also included in the article are the 2011 total compensation of defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin ($1.8 million), and head coach Lane Kiffin (just under $2.6 million). Monte's $1.8 million salary made him the highest paid assistant in the country at the time.
Ursinus (D-III - PA): Sources tell us that offensive coordinator / running backs coach Mike Ortman has retired and we're told that associate head coach Rob Quigley will take over the offensive coordinator duties.

Kansas City Chiefs: Will Lewis has been hired as the new director of pro scouting and Marvin Allen has been brought on to serve as the director of college scouting. The club has also hired Randy Ball as the team's pro scouting assistant and Trey Koziol to serve as an area scout. Additionally, the following promotions have also been announced; Mike Borgnonzi to assistant director of pro scouting, Dom Green to assistant director of college, Brett Veach to pro and college personnel analyst, and Ryan Poles to college coordinator.
Chabot College (CC- CA): Valley Christian HS (CA) head coach John Parella has accepted the defensive line job.
Long Beach CC (CA): Receivers coach Jerry Jaso has announced his retirement. Jaso spent a handful of years as the head coach at Long Beach CC before stepping down to an assistant coaching position in 2007. Prior to that he won 156 games as the head coach at Long Beach Poly (CA), including an impressive 54-1-1 mark in his last four seasons.
Kent State: Ohio State strength and conditioning intern Eron Hodges has accepted a defensive grad assistant job on the Kent State staff.
Husson University (D-III - ME): Former Husson offensive coordinator Kevin Canty has agreed to become the next head coach of the Hampden Academy (ME).

Tennessee Titans: Sources tell us Luke Steckel has been hired by the Titans. We hear he will have a quality control role working both for the head coach and with the offense. Steckel, who worked in a similar capacity for the Browns the past 3-4 seasons, will be a great addition to the staff and team.
Incarnate Word (FCS): The University of the Incarnate Word is looking to hire an offensive Graduate Assistant for Fall 2013, preferably with quarterback coaching or playing experience.
