Alabama: We are hearing that Alabama has hired former Texas A&M employee, Milton Overton, to oversee technology growth and services within athletic department.

Davidson College: We hear former Georgetown University slot receivers coach, Josh Lustig, has accepted the wide receivers job at Davidson University.  In 2007, Lusting served as the tight ends coach at Richmond before joining the Georgetown staff.

US Coast Guard Academy: Recent East Carolina graduate, Kurt Von Bragen, has joined the staff as a defensive assistant.

Oregon State: We hear former Western Washington head coach, Robin Ross, has joined the Oregon State staff as offensive GA.  Western Washington dropped their football program after the 2008 season. 

Tennessee: Our sources tell us that Central Florida director of player personnel, Steve Rubio, is leaving the Golden Knights' staff to accept a position under Lane Kiffin at Tennessee.   Rubio will serve as the recruiting intern.

Alabama A&M: Former North Carolina A&T assistant coach John McKenzie has accepted the wide receivers position at Alabama A&M.

University of Washington: Former Arizona State tight end, Brent Miller, has accepted the offensive GA position under head coach Steve Sarkisian.  Miller will work with the tight ends at UW.

Award Winner: Debo Clark, Founder/Owner of Collegiate Sports Travel was honored on June 11, 2009 with the "Texas Coaching Legend" award at the Angelo Football Clinic in San Angelo, TX. The award was presented to her for her 20 years of dedication and contribution not only to the College Football industry but to the San Angelo Football Clinic as well.  In the clinic's 36-year history, Clark was only the 12th person to receive the award as well as being the only woman and only "non-coach" to receive it.


Methodist University: Part-time jobs at Methodist University (Fayetteville, NC) Offering 2 part-time jobs (one on offense and one on defense). There is a $2,000 stipend. Cincinnati: Head coach Brian Kelly has hired South Florida assistant strength coach, Lorenzo Guess, as tight ends coach. 

Kansas City Chiefs: FootballScoop has learned that former Boston College assistant recruiting cooridnator, Mike Borgonzi, has been hired by the Kansas City Chiefs organization.  Borgonzi will work within the Chiefs' scouting department as the new college scouting coordinator.

UAB: We are hearing that Kristopher King has been hired as the new offensive GA at UAB.  King previously served as the tight ends coach at Gardner-Webb the past 2 seasons.

Oberlin College: Former Virginia Tech running back, Lee Suggs, has accepted the full-time running backs position with Oberlin College.  Last season, Suggs coaches with Oberlin on a part-time basis.

Philadelphia Eagles: Assistant secondary coach Otis Smith will not return.  The Eagles had recently brought in former Dallas defensive coordinator Brian Stewart to assistant with the secondary.
