Alabama State: AD Monique Holland will resign after just 9 months on the job.
TCU: Athletic director Danny Morrison has resigned. Morrison will be named president of the Carolina Panthers organization. TCU associate athletic director, Davis Babb, has been named interim athletic director.

Kansas City Chiefs: Chan Gailey has been relieved of his duties as offensive coordinator. At this time, it is not clear whether Gailey will have another role within the staff. It is likely that head coach Todd Haley will take over the play-calling.
Alabama: Head coach Nick Saban has signed a 3-year contract extension through 2017.
LSU: LSU has added "vice chancellor" to Joe Alleva's title. Alleva joined Louisiana State University as athletic director a year ago.
Lincoln High School (Lincoln, AL): Head coach Keith Howard suffered a heart attack and passed away Friday night. Please keep his family, players, and community in your thoughts.
