Lead Draw/Spot RPO: It was December’s Orange Bowl between Clemson and Oklahoma that helped to reaffirm the productivity of the Lead Draw/Spot RPO concept that Robert E. Lee (VA) head coach Scott Girolmo had been developing last season. While Clemson QB DeShaun Watson diced the Sooners with this concept, Coach Girolmo had similar success using the very same concept by posting a school record 475 points. In this exclusive clinic report on XandOLabs.com, Coach Girolmo details the blocking technique of the offensive line, including how he blocks problematic fronts, the wide receiver route progression as well as the QB post-snap read progression in this concept. Read the report here.

Trinity Bible College (NCCAA): Darren Jackson has been named the head coach of the program. Coach Jackson previously coached at The Apprentice School (D-III) and this last season was at University Christian School (FL) were they won the 2A state championship.
