North Carolina: Former Mississippi State graduate assistant, Paul Gonnella, has been hired as the director of player personnel at UNC.
North Carolina A&T: John McKenzie will be the offensive coordinator. Tayrone Odums will assume the responsibility of defensive coordinator. Myron Jackson named defensive line coach. Chris Robinson named outside linebackers coach.
Samford University: Joe Sicolla hired as director of football operations. Sicolla previously served as an assistant coach at Gulf Shores High School in Alabama.
UW-Stevens Point: Mike Heffernan hired as offensive line coach / recruiting coordinator. Heffernan coached the defensive line at Northern State in 2007. Also, Casey Morgan and Nick Venden have been hired as graduate assistant coaches.
Washington Redskins: Veteran coach Don Breaux is retiring after 27 years due to a heart condition. Breaux spent 17 years coaching in Washington.
Bethany College: located in Lindsborg, KS, is accepting applications for a Defensive Line or Linebacker's Coach. This is a nine month position which includes the responsibility of supervising and scheduling work study for the Strength Facility. Compensation is approximately $5,600. No room or board is provided. Aurora University: Matt Kalb has been named offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach. Kalb previously held the same position at Loras College. Brandon Sturman joins the staff as the linebackers coach after spending the past two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Valparaiso University. Additionally, Luke Cutcomp has been promoted to defensive coordinator for the Spartans.
University of Houston: Wes Nurse hired as defensive quality control at Houston. Nurse previously held the position of defensive restricted earnings coach at The Citadel.
Wagner College (NY): Ivery Gaskins hired as wide receivers graduate assistant at Wagner College.
Alfred University (NY): A graduate assistant coaching position has opened up at Alfred University in Alfred, NY. Interested applicants should email their resume with references to as soon as possible.

The Citadel: Former Alabama defensive back, Gerald Dixon, has been hired as defensive quality control at The Citadel. Dixon coached last season at Coral Park High School in Miami, FL.
Lane College: Head coach Dearrion Snead and assistant coach Leon Gray Jr. will not return to the staff. The vice president of institutional advancement for Lane College claims the coaches will not return due to a "deliberate alteration" of a student transfer document. The information was changed regarding whether a "prospective transfer student was under any type of disciplinary probation." Trent Boykins has been promoted to head coach.
South Alabama: Head coach Joey Jones has hired former Southern Miss offensive line coach, Mitch Rodrigue. Rodrique will continue to coach the offensive line at South Alabama.
Susquehanna: Nate Milne hired as offensive coordinator. Milne was the offensive line coach at SUNY-Cortland.
West Virginia: George Shehl returns to his alma mater at West Virginia University as a defensive graduate assistant. He previously served as a defensive graduate assistant at The Citadel.
Eureka College: is accepting applications for a part-time defensive assistant football coach. Compensation includes $5000 stipend and a room with a value of $5580 (taxable benefit) - no board. Carroll University: Matt Buenning joins the staff at Carroll University and will coach the offensive line. Buenning previously coached at Manchester College (IN) where he was the run game coordinator and offensive line coach.
Earlham College: As FootballScoop first reported, Nick Johnson has been named defensive coordinator. Tom Dunham has been named offensive coordinator. John DeCou will coach the defensive line. Brent O'Brien will coach the defensive backs. Matt Macy will coach the offensive line.
Elmhurt College: Former Western Michigan QB Tim Lester has been hired as the new head coach at Elmhurt College. Lester coached the quarterbacks at Western Michigan in 2005 and 2006. Last season, Lester was actually the defensive coordinator at North Central.
Rutgers: Former Ole Miss defensive back, B Brown, has just accepted a graduate assistant position at Rutgers. In April, Rutgers hired former Ole Miss assistant Chris Rippon to coach the Scarlet Knight special teams.
San Diego State: Charlie Stansbury joins the staff as a graduate assistant. Stansbury previously coached the offensive line at Santa Barbara City College.
Millikin University: Decatur, Il.- seeks applicants for a full time Assistant Football Coach. Millikin is a member institution of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, position group responsibility[WR's or LB's], recruiting, assisting the head coach in all practice and game day preparation, and other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach.
