West Alabama (D-II): Per source, UT Martin (FCS) offensive coordinator Carmen Felus has accepted the offensive coordinator / running backs role at West Alabama.
Arkansas: Southeastern Louisiana associate head coach/running backs coach E.K. Franks has been announced as Arkansas' director of recruiting. He worked as a defensive assistant at Wisconsin from 2004-06 under then-defensive coordinator and head coach Bret Bielema.
Georgetown (FCS - MD): Maurice Banks has been added the the staff and will work with the defensive backs. Banks played at Georgetown and previously served as an assistant back in 2010.
Fresno City College (CC - CA): Defensive backs coach Ricky Manning Jr. has added the title of special teams coordinator.
Southwestern Oklahoma State (D-II): SWOSU has announced that longtime assistant coach Todd Helton has added the title of assistant athletic director and compliance coordinator for the department.
Tennessee State (FCS): Head coach Rod Reed has signed a five-year extension, keeping him at the school through 2018. Reed is 26-21 in four seasons at Tennessee State, and led the Tigers to a 10-4 mark and a berth in the FCS playoffs last season.
Lycoming College (D-III - PA): Andrew Janocko has joined the staff as quarterbacks coach.

Incarnate Word (FCS - TX): Sources tell us former Iowa State running backs coach Kenith Pope has been hired as outside linebackers coach.
New Hampshire: Head coach Sean McDonnell has announced the additions of Peter McCarty (DL), Garrett Gillick (LBs) and Kyle McAllister (assistant DL).

Wittenberg (D-III - OH): Dayton assistant Kevin Hoyng has joined the staff as offensive coordinator according to the Dayton Daily News.
North Dakota State (FCS): Former Cal Poly SLO student assistant Jake Otten has been hired as the program's video coordinator. Otten helped coach the defensive line at Cal Poly SLO the past five seasons.
Oregon State: Former Beavers defensive lineman Andrew Seumalo has joined the staff as a volunteer assistant.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers (CFL): Former Saskatchewan Rough Riders special teams assistant Cory McDiarmid has been hired as linebackers coach.
Idaho: Former Colorado and Cal defensive backs coach Ashley Ambrose has joined the Idaho staff coaching the secondary.
SUNY Cortland (D-III - NY): RPI (D-III - NY) defensive backs coach Maurice Hart has accepted the same position at SUNY Cortland per source.
Oberlin (D-III - OH): Sources tell us that Oberlin will name former Kansas Wesleyan offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Bob Saunders to the same position.
Mary Hardin-Baylor (D-III - TX): Frank Ditta, assistant offensive line coach at UMHB, has left the program to enter private business.
Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals have added Marcus Lewis to the coaching staff as a defensive assistant / quality control coach.

Minnesota: Offensive coordinator Matt Limegrover and defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys have both agreed to new three-year deals, and the other seven assistant coaches (TEs coach Rob Reeves, DBs coach Jay Sawvel, WRs coach Brian Anderson, RBs Pat Poore, DL coach Jeff Phelps, LBs coach Mike Sherels, and QB coach Jim Zebrowski) have agreed to new two-year deals according to the Star Tribune.

Warner University (NAIA - FL): As we told you earlier this week, Rod Shafer has been named head coach.
Denver Broncos: John Fox has signed a three-year contract extension, keeping him with the club through 2016. Terms were not disclosed.
Carthage College (D-III - WI): Former Kent State GA Joe Hensel is the new defensive line coach at Carthage College.
Southern Connecticut State (D-II): We reported this back in February, but the school has now formally announced offensive coordinator, and former Owls player, Tom Godek as head coach.
Lamar (FCS - TX): Linebackers coach/recruiting coordinator Craig McGallion has been promoted to defensive coordinator. He will replace Bill Bradley, who retired following last season.
Yale: Wide receivers coach/special teams coordinator Kevin Cahill is now the quarterbacks coach/passing game coordinator.
