Richmond: Kevin Lewis will serve as assistant defensive line coach.  Byron Thweatt will serve as tight ends / assistant special teams coordinator. 

San Diego: Offensive line coach Todd Washington has been promoted to offensive coordinator.  Quarterbacks coach Tanner Engstrand adds the title of passing game coordinator.  University of Redlands offensive line coach Keith Carter is the new tight ends coach.  Former River City Rage assistant coach Ken Stills will coach the defensive backs.  As we reported earlier, Central Connecticut State assistant Sam Anno will handle the linebackers and serve as special teams coordinator.  Also, former USD player Joe Staab has been hired as defensive assistant. 

South Florida: Joe Tresey will also coach the defensive backs while serving as defensive coordinator.

Bowling Green: Lehigh assistant Adam Scheier has accepted a position on the Bowling Green staff.

Delaware: We hear Delaware is close to hiring a new linebackers coach.

Furman: FootballScoop has learned that Furman has hired Rocco Adrian as the new corners coach.  Adrian served as a volunteer assistant last season for the Furman program.

Georgia: After turning down an offer to join the South Florida staff, linebackers coach John Jancek will add the title of co-defensive coordinator.

Kansas State: Our sources tell us Arizona wide receivers coach Mike Smith is leaving to accept a position at Kansas State.

LSU: We hear Arizona defensive student assistant James Alford is heading to LSU as special teams graduate assistant.

Montreal Alouettes: We hear former San Diego State offensive line coach Jonathan Himebauch will accept the offensive line job with Montreal.

Sam Houston State: Lee Hays has joined the staff as offensive line coach.  Mike Walton will serve as assistant defensive backs coach.

South Florida: Former Cincinnati defensive coordinator Joe Tresey has been hired as defensive coordinator.  Also, Bowling Green assistant Stephen Bird has joined the USF staff as offensive graduate assistant. 

UT-San Antonio: Our sources tell us former Miami (FL) head coach Larry Coker will be named head football coach.

Portland State University: an NCAA FCS institution and a member of the Big Sky Conference, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Director of Football Operations / Video Coordinator.  The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of football operations for the football team.  Duties will also include handling videoing of all practices, games, exchanges, etc., and management of the video room and equipment associated with video production on and off the field.  Compliance with all the rules and regulations of the university, NCAA, and Big Sky Conference is expected. Kansas City Chiefs: Former Denver Broncos assistant Ronnie Bradford has been hired as defensive assistant.  Indiana University of PA wide receivers coach Nick Sirianni has been hired as offensive quality control.

Tulsa: Brent Graham is leaving the Tulsa staff to join the Mesquite Poteet HS staff in Texas as an assistant coach.  Graham served as a defensive assistant / recruiting coordinator at Tulsa.

QB Society is currently seeking Campus Administrators.  Restricted Earnings coaches, GA's, Student Assistants and Student Managers would be ideal candidates!  Anyone working within an athletic department may be considered.  This position allows you to create an additional income stream and NEVER interferes with your work as a coach or administrator.  As a Campus Administrator you will set your own goals, decide how much money you want to make, sell, and network with others in football.  In addition the ideal candidate would be organized, outgoing, engaging and able to network with college and high school athletes and coaches.  We are seeking candidates who are team players and work well within several different levels of the football world. Buffalo: Offensive graduate assistant Joe Daily has been promoted to tight ends coach.  Offensive line coach Allen Modridge is leaving to join the UNC staff in some capacity.  Aaron Stramm will move from tight ends / special teams to offensive line.  Running backs coach Lee Chambers and cornerbacks coach Jarod Dodson will head up the special teams.

Charleston Southern: Our sources tell us Millsaps secondary coach Marcus Woodson has been hired to coach the secondary at Charleston Southern.

Notre Dame: Washington & Lee assistant coach David Hanna has been hired as the offensive intern at Notre Dame.

South Florida: Nebraska linebackers coach Mike Ekeler is not interested in a co-coordinator position at USF.

Tulsa: We hear Michigan quality control Bob McClain could be heading to Tulsa to join the Golden Hurricanes staff.

UNC: Fort Washington Friendly HS (D.C.) coach Marcus Berry has accepted the director of player personnel position at UNC under Butch Davis.

South Florida: We hear Mike Ekeler (Nebraska) and Chris Ash (Iowa State) were offered the co-coordinator jobs late Sunday night after Georgia linebackers coach John Jancek turned down the coordinator job. 

UT-San Antonio: We hear NW Missouri State head coach Mel Tjeerdsma is in the thick of things at UTSA.  Our sources tell us a new head coach could be named as early as late this week.
