Rutgers: The school has announced the hiring of Ralph Friedgen as offensive coordinator, the promotion of Joe Rossi to defensive coordinator and the naming of Bob Fraser as special teams coordinator.
Buffalo Bills: Pepper Johnson is joining the defensive staff per ESPN.
South Alabama: Inside linebackers coach Travis Pearson will be promoted to defensive coordinator according to Tommy Hicks of the Mobile Press-Register.
Elon (FCS - NC): Head coach Rich Skrosky has announced the hiring of former Tufts assistant Patrick Madden. Madden will work on the defensive side and the ball and with the special teams.
Hawaii: Jordan Wynn has been promoted to full-time quarterbacks coach and will call the plays per sources.
Northern Colorado: Texas A&M defensive grad assistant Scott Aligo will be the new defensive ends coach at Northern Colorado per sources.
Minnesota Vikings: Multiple outlets are now reporting that former Idaho head coach Robb Akey will join the Vikings as defensive line coach.
Texas A&M Commerce: Sources tell us that Darren Garrigan, who spent last season coaching the defensive backs at East Central University (D-II - OK), has accepted the defensive backs job at Texas A&M Commerce.
West Florida (D-II): UNC Pembroke (D-II) head coach Pete Shinnick will be the new head coach at West Florida which is beginning their program, per sources.
Colorado School of Mines: Oklahoma State defensive grad assistant Jason Semore has been named defensive coordinator at Mines.
Oklahoma State: Oklahoma State is seeking applicants for an offensive line graduate assistant with experience coaching the offensive line. Simon Fraser (D-II - Canada): Longtime BC Lions offensive coordinator, and former SFU player, Jacques Chapdelaine has been offered the head coaching job, according to a report from The Province.
Georgia: Defensive line coach Tracy Rocker will make $300,000, and defensive assistant Kevin Sherrer will make $200,000 annually.
Notre Dame: Notre Dame has announced the hiring of Mike Hiestand and Kyle McCarthy as defensive grad assistants.

University of Cumberlands (NAIA - KY): Paul Pitts, Shorter University (D-II - GA) offensive line coach, will join the staff as offensive coordinator per sources.
Notre Dame: Mike Denbrock has been officially announced as Notre Dame's offensive coordinator.
Georgia: Former USC linebackers coach Mike Ekeler has emerged as "a serious candidate" to join the staff and will meet with Mark Richt this week according to Seth Emerson of the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.
Cleveland Browns: Former Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains is in Cleveland and will join Mike Pettine's staff, likely as quarterbacks coach, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.
Kansas City Chiefs: Coastal Carolina running backs / special teams Brock Olivio has accepted a position with the Chiefs per Ryan Young and Dave Matter. Matter reports that Olivio will serve as assistant special teams coach with the Chiefs.
Shorter University (D-II - GA): Blake DeBartola has been promoted to offensive line coach per sources.
Jackson State (FCS - MS): Sources tell us Paul Spicer has joined the staff, presumably as defensive line coach. Spicer served as assistant defensive line coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2012.
Navy: Navy has announced the hiring of Dan O'Brien as assistant outside linebackers coach.
Tennessee Titans: The Titans have added Nick Eason as an assistant defensive line coach.
Averett (D-III - VA): Cleive Adams has been named head coach at Averett University. Adams spent last season at Ferrum College where he served as defensive coordinator since 2007.
St. Scholastica (D-III - MN): Head coach Greg Carlson has announced that he plans to retire. Carlson spent six years as the head coach, leading the program to the playoffs the past three straight seasons.
North Carolina: Sources tell us Oklahoma State special teams grad assistant Ty Linder is joining the Carolina staff in a similar capacity.

Minot State (D-II - ND): The Minot Daily News is reporting that former Minnesota State-Mankato head coach Todd Hoffner will be the next head coach.
Virginia: Mike Archer has been announced as a defensive staff member (position to be finalized). Archer most recently served as defensive coordinator at NC State from 2007 - 2012.
Ball State: Georgetown University head coach Kevin Kelly will be the new defensive coordinator at Ball State per sources. That's a strong hire.

Georgia Southern: Willie Fritz has named several members of his staff. Recap: Doug Ruse (OC / QBs), Matt Barrett (WRs), Chad Lunsford (TEs), Johnny Jernigan (DEs), Kevin Peoples (DL), Michael Mutz (LBs) and Jack Curtis (DC / DBs). Dell McGee will coach running backs. We believe offensive line is the only remaining full time spot to be filled.
Buffalo Bills: The franchise has announced that former Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler has been named a senior offensive assistant.
Lane College (D-II - TN): Offensive coordinator Malik Hoskins has been named interim head coach.
Eastern Michigan: As we've previously reported, Chris Creighton has now formally announced the addition of Brad McCaslin as his defensive coordinator. Also, joining Creighton's staff from Drake is Todd Frakes, who will coach the defensive backs.
Liberty (FCS): Turner Gill has announced some adjustments to his coaching staff. Running backs coach Jamaal Fobbs will now serve as special teams coordinator (Gill managed the special teams last season), Josh Bookbinder (who coached the outside linebackers last year) will take over as linebackers coach, and defensive coordinator Robert Wimberly will now coach the safeties. Also, quarterbacks coach Joe Dailey will take on the title of pass game coordinator.
Southern Miss: Auburn offensive analyst Chip Lindsey will join the Southern Miss staff as offensive coordinator per AL.com. Lindsey, the former Spain Park HS head coach, joined the Auburn staff in an off the field capacity in February 2013. Prior to accepting the Spain Park head job, Lindsey coached the quarterbacks at Troy. We have confirmed the hire as well. The Hattiesburg American adds that Todd Monken will call the plays this upcoming season.
Virginia Tech: Per David Teel of the Daily Press, new athletic director Whit Babcock will make $610,000 per year ($470k in salary and $140k annual retention bonus) and he has also received a $325,000 signing bonus.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have announced the additions of Steve Spagnuolo (secondary) and Brian Pariani (tight ends).
St. Louis Rams: The Rams are expected to hire Gregg Williams as defensive coordinator according to Chris Mortensen.
New England Patriots: Brendan Daly, who has eight years of NFL experience working with defensive lineman with the Vikings and Rams, has been named a defensive assistant.
Miami Dolphins: The organization has announced that they have parted ways with assistant GM Brian Gaine. Gaine was one of three finalists for the GM job that eventually went to Dennis Hickey.
Kansas Wesleyan (NAIA): St. Ambrose (NAIA - IA) offensive coordinator Matt Drinkall is the new head coach at Kansas Wesleyan.
St. Vincent (D-III - PA): Saint Vincent College is seeking a defensive coordinator. Full time position. Secondary experience preferred. Rutgers: Tom Luicci reports that Joe Rossi is expected to move from special teams coordinator to defensive coordinator and Bob Fraser is expected to return to the staff as linebackers coach (Fraser was the 2009 FootballScoop Linebackers Coach of the Year at Rutgers). Fraser has been with Tampa Bay the past two seasons coaching linebackers and serving as assistant defensive coordinator.
Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys have announced the hiring of passing game coordinator Scott Linehan and, additionally, that defensive line coach Rod Marinelli has been promoted to defensive coordinator, while Monte Kiffin will shift to assistant head coach for defense.
Eastern Michigan: Sources tell us former UAB defensive coordinator Jimmy Williams will be the new defensive line coach at Eastern Michigan.
Tennessee Titans: Mike Sullivan is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach.
Sam Houston State: Sources tell us K.C. Keeler will bring his former Delaware assistant Phil Petitte to Sam Houston to coach the defensive line.
Ohio State: The school has announced that athletics director Gene Smith has been promoted to vice president, received a $100,000 raise to $940,484 per year and had his contract extended through 2020. His current contract was set to end in 2016.
James Madison: Alabama defensive grad assistant Jules Montinar is joining the James Madison staff as defensive backs coach.
Bowling Green: Dino Babers has announced all but one of his staff, and Nick Monroe (secondary) is the lone holdover from the previous staff. Carolina Panthers: Carolina has signed Ron Rivera to a three-year contract extension, taking him through the 2017 season. The new deal will up his salary from $2.8 million to between $4 and 5 million according to Panthers beat writer Joe Person.
Cleveland Browns: In addition to interviewing Kyle Shanahan for the offensive coordinator position (see below), the Browns will also interview Oakland quarterbacks coach John DeFilippo on Thursday, according to Adam Schefter.
Georgia: Mark Richt has made the hire of defensive line coach Tracy Rocker official.

New Mexico Military (JC): Sources tell us that Jason Belford will coach the defensive line. Belford previously coached the defensive line at Weber State.
Coahoma (CC - MS): Former Mississippi Valley State head coach Karl Morgan is taking over as head coach at Coahoma CC.
Arizona Western (CC): Arizona Western College, located in Yuma, Arizona is searching for a linebacker coach. This is a part-time position with a stipend of $6,800 plus housing. Cleveland Browns: Mike Pettine has now announced the first number of hires: Jim O'Neil as defensive coordinator, Chris Tabor as special teams coordinator, Brian Angelichio as tight ends, Bobby Babich as assistant secondary, Driesbach as linebackers, Fleury as assistant linebackers, Hafley as secondary and Shawn Mennenga as special teams coach.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns are hiring former Buffalo Bills linebackers coach Chuck Driesbach to coach the linebackers under Mike Pettine, according to a report from Cleveland.com.
Southeastern Louisiana: UTC running backs coach Wes Satterfield is joining the Southeastern staff as quarterbacks coach per source.
Boise State: Former Texas A&M defensive grad assistant Kyle Ward has joined the Boise State staff in the same capacity.
Southern Arkansas (D-II): Sources tell us that Arizona State defensive grad assistant Trent Figg will join the Southern Arkansas staff as special teams coordinator / defensive backs coach.
Baltimore Ravens: The organization will announce the hire of Gary Kubiak as their new offensive coordinator today at 3pm EST, according to Albert Breer.
Atlanta Falcons: The Falcons have extended the contracts of President and CEO Rich McKay (through May 2019), and GM Thomas Dimitroff and head coach Mike Smith each received one year extensions.
Wagner (FCS - NY): Cornell offensive coordinator Jason Houghtaling has returned to Wagner as offensive coordinator where he previously held the same position per sources. Sources tell us Houghtaling is effectively head coach in waiting as well.
Western Kentucky: The hirings of Greg Nord (running backs) and Ken Delgado (defensive ends) have been announced.
NY Giants: With the formal addition of Danny Langsdorf as quarterbacks coach over the weekend, the Giants have shuffled their staff a bit. Sean Ryan (who coached the quarterbacks the past two seasons) will now coach the receivers, and Kevin Gilbride will shift from receivers to tight ends. Pat Flaherty will continue to coach the offensive line.
Cleveland Browns: Buffalo Bills linebackers coach Jim O'Neil will be the new defensive coordinator for the Browns per sources. O'Neil has worked with Pettine for each of the past five seasons in Buffalo and with the Jets.
Penn State: James Franklin will earn $4.3 million a year - with a $100,000 annual raise - according to StateCollege.com. Franklin will garner a $1.2 million base salary, $2.2 million for radio/TV, $500,000 from Nike and an annual $300,000 retention bonus. The paper notes that, because of Bill O'Brien's buyout, the Houston Texans are essentially paying Franklin's salary through March 2015.
