Mary Hardin-Baylor (D-III - TX): Longtime assistant coach David Branscom has been promoted to special teams coordinator and will continue his duties as linebackers coach.
SUNY Maritime College (D-III): The school has announced the addition of Calvin Powell as running backs coach/video coordinator. He most recently served as the offensive line coach/run game coordinator at St. Michael's Catholic Academy in Austin, Texas. He has also previously coached at Langston (NAIA - OK).
The National Football Foundation has provided a quick primer on all rules changes coaches should be aware of for this season.
North Alabama: Defensive line coach Brett Borden has resigned to take a position outside of coaching, and Harold Wisdom, a former grad assistant at UNA, has been named his replacement. Wisdom spent last season as the offensive coordinator at Pell City HS (AL).
McKendree (D-II - IL): Offensive line coach Matt Rahl has been promoted to offensive coordinator, Eric Bergman has been promoted from grad assistant to running backs coach and Colton Meyers has been hired as the offensive grad assistant (tight ends) while Jesse Lewis (defensive backs) and Hunter Nichols (defensive line) will serve as the defensive grad assistants.
Ohio: Ohio has made a number of hires to their staff. Two former Bobcat players, Tremayne Scott and Anthony Talbert, have been hired as grad assistants. Scott will work with the defense and Talbert with the offense. Andrew Doan (who was at Morehead State last season) is now a defensive grad assistant, and Tony Koehling is the other offensive grad assistant. Eric Kohr (who most recently worked in the Detroit Lions video ops department) has been hired as a recruiting / video assistant. Also, former student assistant Dean Hogan is working as an operations intern.
RPI (D-III - NY): Per source, former Hudson Valley CC (NY) defensive backs coach Ryan Turnbull is the new defensive backs coach at RPI. Also, Steven Harris (who coached the receivers at Muskingum College last season) has been hired to coach the running backs.
Florida State: Jimbo Fisher's staff of assistants will have a salary pool of $3.375 million this year and seven of the eight returning assistants received new contracts. DC Charles Kelly, assistant HC Rick Trickett and co-OC Randy Sanders will all make $500,000 annually. The rest of the staff is as follows: co-OC / receivers coach Lawrence Dawsey ($370,000), associate HC / DTs coach Odell Haggins ($370,000), recruiting coordinator / TEs coach Tim Brewster ($340,000), STC / RBs coach Jay Graham ($320,000), DEs coach Sal Sunseri ($200,000) and LBs coach Bill Miller ($275,000). All the returning coaches except for Sal Sunseri (Dec. 31, 2014) and Bill Miller (Feb. 26, 2016) have new three year deals running through January of 2017.
RPI (D-III - NY): We hear RPI is looking to hire a (local) part-time receivers coach.

Iowa: Krik Ferentz has established recruiting and personnel divisions within the Hawkeyes' coaching staff, the school announced Tuesday. Former graduate assistant Kelvin Bell will be the new director of on-campus recruiting, and administrative assistant Max Allen has been appointed the club's new director of new media. Additionally, quality control director Scott Southmayd will be Iowa's director of player personnel, and former Hawkeye Broderick Binns has joined the staff as a graduate assistant.
Washington State: Mike Leach has netted a $500,000 raise to $2.75 million, making him the third-highest paid among the 10 public institutions in the Pac-12. Additionally, the Cougars have upped their assistant salary pool by $500,000.
Shasta College (JC - CA): Steve Campos, who resigned from his post as the defensive backs job at Mid America Nazarene (NAIA - KS) back in February, has accepted the defensive coordinator job at Shasta College, where he served as linebackers coach in 2011.
Fort Scott (CC - KS): Jordan Gush, who spent last season at IMG Academy coaching the tight ends, has accepted the defensive backs job at Fort Scott CC. Gush is the son of Baylor linebackers coach, Jim Gush.
Florida State: According to recent contract info being released, defensive coordinator Charles Kelly is being paid $500,000 and has a three year deal.

Augustana (D-III - IL): Recent Loras College (D-III - IA) grad Dan Murray is joining the staff and will work with the offensive line.
Georgia: Director of player development John Eason has received a raise to $195,424, and director of player welfare Dave Van Halanger earned a bump to $173,628, according to the Athens Banner-Herald.
Kentucky Wesleyan: Cumberland University (NAIA - TN) linebacker coach Taurean Smith has accepted the defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach job at Kentucky Wesleyan.
Ferris State (D-II - MI): Ferris State University, located in Big Rapids, MI is looking for a defensive line coach. All applications will be taken on-line. Click here for information.
Vermilion CC (MN): Defensive coordinator / recruiting coordinator Terrence Isaac has left his post at Vermilion CC to become the head coach and athletic director at A+ Academy in Dallas, TX.

Indiana: Kevin Wilson announced a number of additions to the staff today (some of which we have previously reported). Among the additions are; defensive grad assistant Kasey Teegardin (from Valpo), offensive grad assistant Brian Lepak (former Oklahoma player under Kevin Wilson), offensive quality control coach / recruiting assistant Courtney Messingham (former Iowa State OC), defensive quality control / recruiting assistant Ryan McInerney, director of player development and academic enhancement Mike Pechac (spent last season at Bowling Green), senior director of player personnel Jeff Sims (associate HC at FAU last season), director of recruiting Cody Rager (West coast scout for the Dolphins last season, spent a few seasons with recruiting department at Alabama prior to his years with the Dolphins), and senior recruiting assistant Valerie White.
Dickinson College (D-III - PA): Dickinson College has hired Ryan Anderson, former Western New England College and Hamilton College offensive coordinator, as a defensive intern coaching linebackers. Also, Scott Anderson, an assistant coach at New Oxford HS (PA), has been hired to coach running backs.

North Carolina Central (FCS): Andre George has resigned as defensive backs coach. Per source, former N.C. State defensive backs coach Richard McNutt will fill the position with NCCU.
McKendree (D-II - IL): Per source, offensive coordinator Trent Poelker has left the staff.
Notre Dame: The school has announced that offensive coordinator / wide receivers coach Mike Denbrock has undergone a surgical procedure and will miss a few weeks of camp. Head coach Brian Kelly will cover his duties in the meantime.
Valdosta State: Per the Valdosta Daily Times, Mississippi State grad assistant and defensive quality control coordinator Ryan McNamara is joining the staff and will coach the secondary. Prior to leaving for Mississippi State, McNamara was a grad assistant for the Blazers.
Louisiana-Lafayette: Offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Jay Johnson has added the title of associate head coach, and receivers coach Jorge Munoz has been promoted to pass game coordinator.
Arkansas Baptist (JC): Head coach Richard Wilson has announced his 2014 coaching staff as follows; Tom Lavigne (DC / DBs), Rontrell Bailey (WRs / QBs / recruiting coordinator), Ashdone Bailey (OL), Lance Flint (RBs / director of football ops), Eric Morris (DL / head strength and conditioning), and Dale Perine (LBs).

L.A. Valley College (JC - CA): Running backs coach Cordell Landers will add special teams coordinator to his title.
Chicago (D-III): Luke Cutkomp has joined the staff as co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach.
Bluefield College (NAIA - VA): Head coach Ordell Walker has announced his 2014 coaching staff, which includes him coaching the quarterbacks while offensive coordinator Aaron Mingo transitions to the offensive line. Lamar Bell will serve as defensive coordinator/cornerbacks coach, Brandon Bunn will coach the wide receivers and tight ends, Jason Everson will coach linebackers, Cole Hagen will coach running backs, Taylor Hughes will coach the outside linebackers and serve as head strength coach, Russell Norton will coach the defensive line and Bryce Wright will coach the safeties.
Oklahoma State: Per source, Wisconsin-Stout offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Bodie Reeder has left the staff for a quality control post at Oklahoma State.
Southern Illinois (FCS): Larry Warner has been hired as running backs coach, completing the Salukis' coaching staff for 2014. Warner played running back at SIU in 2007-08, and the served as a graduate assistant in 2010-11.
Houston: Former UTSA quarterback Eric Soza has been hired as an offensive quality control assistant according to the San Antonio Express-News.
Henderson State (D-II - AR): Henderson State has added Jeff McInerney as defensive line coach. He was previously the head coach at Central Connecticut State, posting a 48-41 mark with two Northeast Conference titles in eight seasons.
