If this one doesn't (at least) give you chills, you need to check your pulse.

The clip starts off with a good video highlight of Stanford's win over Oregon, but then switches gears to an emotional locker room where David Shaw addresses his team and commends the "resolve" that they showed all game.

The best part of the clip is when Shaw explains why he closed his eyes and bowed his head before his kicker, Jordan Williams, lined up for the game winning field goal in overtime.

"I said a prayer. I didn't pray for a win, I didn't pray for a made kick. I prayed for Jordan Williamson to do his best."

That, ladies and gentlemen, is why David Shaw is so highly regarded among our profession. Genuine care for his guys and staff.

Great message.

After Vanderbilt reached bowl eligibility with a big win over Ole Miss (and collected their third road win for the first time since 1873) , James Franklin embraced some of his assistants, and even athletic director David Williams on the way to the locker room.

That didn't surprise us. Anyone who knows Coach Franklin knows that he is a passionate guy and we're sure that he wanted to make sure that his assistants knew that their hard work was appreciated and that they enjoyed the moment.

But on the way to the locker room, Franklin corners the Vanderbilt mascot (known as "Mr. Commodore"), picks him up, and personally escorts him over his shoulder to the locker the room to celebrate with the team.

After enjoying that section of the video, be sure to go back to the beginning and catch the pregame atmosphere in the locker room. Great stuff.

After back to back losses to quality Toledo and Louisville squads, Cincinnati got back on track this past weekend with a win over Syracuse (35-24).

It seems that Cinci always does a great job of chronicling all of their behind the scenes stuff, and this past weekend the cameras were in the locker room to capture the pre and post game locker room environment, as well as a few words from head coach Butch Jones and his assistants at the half.

Another well done video here from the Bearcat staff that recruits, fans, and coaches can all enjoy.

That's just a great video there from Vanderbilt.  Think about how much recruits (and their families) enjoy watching that.

Stick around for the end as well. Good scene.
