Minimum qualifications include: Bachelors degree in a Exercise Science related field, CSCS or CSCCA certification, and 2-5 years strength and conditioning experience. University of Memphis: is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Strength and Conditioning department to work primarily with football and will also be assigned individual teams. Preferred qualifications: undergraduate degree in exercise science or related field, CSCS or CSCCa or USAW certification, current CPR certification, previous experience in designing and implementing programs, collegiate experience as an intern preferred. Baylor University: Department of Athletic Performance is accepting applications for Summer 2009 Strength and Conditioning Interns. Intern responsibilities include: Assisting with the supervision of training programs; Assisting with daily administrative and maintenance items; Completion of various educational assignments during the internship. Intern qualifications include: Strong work ethic; Punctuality; Enthusiasm; Desire to further one's career in the strength and conditioning field; Ability to volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per week. Preferred qualifications include: Senior status or completion of a bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field; CSCS, SCCC, or USAW certification; CPR certification. This is an unpaid internship. Interns will receive experience working within a Big 12 Football strength and conditioning summer program, have the potential to earn recommendations for future career opportunities, and receive college credit if applicable.
