Towson University: invites applications for an assistant strength coach position. The primary responsibility of the position will be working with football and possibly one or two additional sports. This individual will be responsible for leading every aspect of player development with regard to the football program under the supervision of the Director of Strength & Conditioning and the Head Football Coach. Duties: Leading all aspects of the strength and conditioning program for football team, including on-field game day responsibilities; participation in practice sessions, coaches meetings and recruiting events in addition to all off-season and in-season training responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (CSCC) with USAW certification is preferred. Prior experience at the collegiate level working directly with football is required. Extensive coaching experience with free weights, Olympic lifts, and additional sports preferred. Salary: Competitive with full University benefits. Opportunity for additional income from clinics and summer camps. Position is open until filled.
