Army: Per source, Will Greenberg (formerly the head strength coach for men's basketball at Appalachian State) and Darren Mustin (former USC strength coach) have both joined Tim Caron's strength staff at Army.

Purdue: Purdue University Sports Performance Department is now accepting applications for TWO Sports Performance Assistant Positions, working under director Duane Carlisle. First position, experience with football, baseball and track and field throwers is strongly preferred. Second position, experience with football, wrestling, and diving is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, desire to learn, be highly motivated, team-oriented, and have the ability to work early mornings. Employment will begin on June 1, 2014. Indiana: Indiana University Football Strength and Conditioning Department, is now accepting applications for Volunteer Interns for the summer of 2014. The internship begins May 27th, 2014 and ends August 1st, 2014. NO MONETARY COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION. However, the position offers the opportunity of advancement in the field of strength and conditioning as well as the fulfilment of credit hours toward a program degree based on circumstance. THIS IS NOT A COACHING POSITION.  Minimum requirements: candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work early mornings. North Texas: The University of North Texas Department of Strength and Conditioning is seeking applicants for their Strength and Conditioning Internship. UNT is a searching for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches to fill internship positions available for the 2014 SUMMER semester (5/26 – 8/ 8). Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of the North Texas Strength and Conditioning coaching staff, as well as gain in-valuable hands-on experience working with Division I athletes (Football and Olympic sports), and participate in the UNT Strength and Conditioning professional development & educational curriculum (course credit if applicable). Central Oklahoma: The University of Central Oklahoma is looking for highly motivated individuals for the graduate assistant position in Strength & Conditioning starting Summer semester. You must have completed a bachelor’s degree in an Exercise Science related field at an accredited college/university, have current CPR/AED certification, be knowledgeable in the Olympic and power lifts, and have a strong desire to pursue a career in strength and conditioning. Preferred qualifications: previous internship in collegiate weight room, college athletic experience, and one of the following certifications; CSCS, SCCCa, or USAW. Graduate assistant will assist strength coaches with implementing workouts, designing conditioning programs, and will help to maintain a professional atmosphere. North Carolina Central: North Carolina Central University’s Strength and Conditioning Department is accepting volunteer (UNPAID) strength and conditioning coaches to work with Football and Olympic Sports. Qualifications: Candidates must have a strong desire to become a Strength and Conditioning professional; Must have completed or are working toward completing a bachelors degree at an accredited college/university; Must be willing to work both summer terms (Late May-Aug 01) and volunteer early mornings and afternoons; knowledgeable in exercise physiology and biomechanics; Must have a current CPR/AED certification.
