Narduzzi: Ohio State doctored their game film

Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi claims that Ohio State doctored their game film that the two teams exchanged early in the week.

Narduzzi says that the Buckeyes cut off pre-snap motions and shifts from some formations in their previous four non conference games of the season.

"We had tape cut off all week, where they changed the tape, I'm not going to lie to you. They send you tape and they've got it all cut off, and you don't get to see shifts or motions or anything else." Narduzzi explained after the game that they received the full game film on Thursday, but having it at that point did not help at all.

"A few other teams we talked to that they played, and we compared what they were looking at on tape to what we were looking at. We're like 'We don't see any of that. We see it on their tape but not on our tape.' So that's something I'm sure the Big Ten office will hopefully take care of." Narduzzi added.

The complaint made it's way to the Big Ten office, but was later settled between athletic directors Mark Hollis and Gene Smith with no involvement from the conference.

Asked after the game, Urban Meyer said that he was unaware of the issue.

Here's the video D-II Harding shows recruits

Bill Snyder: We're going to "keep sawing wood" through the bye week

Coming off a huge road win 24-19 win over Oklahoma last weekend, Bill Snyder and Kansas State focused on using their bye week to improve themselves.

As Snyder likes to say, they're going to "keep sawing wood" through their bye week.

''The motivation has to be to get better, become a better football team, become a better player. Maybe there are other motivating aspects for each individual, you'd have to ask them, but I'd like primarily for it to be a better football team.''

The staff planned for meetings-only on Monday and Friday, with practices Tuesday through Thursday and a scrimmage on Saturday morning. After the scrimmage the staff will hit the road recruit for the weekend. Snyder said that his staff will use the time to examone every aspect imaginable and work on correcting any shortcomings before facing Kansas next weekend.

“I would hope the week would be spent trying to improve our capabilities and there would be some inspiration to do that,” Snyder said. “You don't have the hustle and bustle of preparing for the next opponent right away, but we need time to continue the improvement.”
