Video: This off season program helps this program stay on top

Ben Davis HS (Indianapolis, IN) is highly regarded as one of the top programs in the state year in and year out. The Giants have seven state titles in their name and compete in what many people believe to be one of the toughest conferences in the Midwest.

This video provides a sneak peek into how they manage to stay on top.

The staff has gotten the kids to realize the importance of the off season work, and have managed to average 80 kids per morning over the past six weeks for their 6am workouts. Not only are the kids showing up, but these guys are getting after it and the staff has managed to put together a  variety of things for them to keep the workouts fresh and exciting.
