West Virginia breaks out new uniforms

Until this year, West Virginia and Cal had always employed very similar uniform styles. Part of that is inevitable when two schools employ the exact same color scheme, but if the Mountaineers and Golden Bears ever met in a bowl game, things could have gotten confusing.

Cal has already done its part to change that by breaking out a new look earlier this month, and now West Virginia follows suit. Instead of a month-long build up and a flashy reveal by the athletic director and a Nike executive, the Mountaineers busted out their new kits via Dana Holgorsen's Twitter account
