Even the videos from UNC are up-tempo

Larry Fedora brought an up-tempo offense with him last season from Southern Miss to North Carolina, and while they weren't one of 23 teams to break the 1,000 play barrier last year, playing fast has become a way of life in Chapel Hill.

As this video from their third practice of spring ball illustrates, not only are they getting after it during spring practice, but even their videos posses a certain up-tempo feel that make you want to speed things up to start your morning.
