Pretty well done clip of here of how the coaches out at Valley City State (NAIA- ND) are preparing their guys this off season.
The video starts with a good intro, and centers around the message that, "if it were easy, anyone would be doing it."
The quote on their weight room wall caught our attention as well. "Viking team pride and tradition is not to be entrusted to the timid or weak. Nobody rides on this Viking ship, we all row."
That's some good stuff.

Doug Samuels has been with FootballScoop since 2011. Samuels joined the FootballScoop staff after serving as a college scout as well as an assistant coach at the college level, where he was fortunate enough to have coached every offensive position by age 24.
