Video: This is how to get your guys amped for practice

Down at Louisiana-Lafayette getting amped for practice is not taken lightly.
Head coach Mark Hudspeth explains that the strength staff takes the reigns early on and starts to get players (and coaches) jacked up before they even step foot in the facility, and that approach stretches into the first part of practice.
Then the team's personal DJ takes over to help set the attitude and tempo of practice. Yes, they have their own DJ.
"Throughout the entire day we've got the 'Juice Machine' going. We might be the only team in the nation that's got their own DJ at practice."
"We might start off the practice with a little bit of hip-hop, then get into a little dance mix later on before we get into the crowd noise music during team periods." Hudspeth said before noting that the music even gets him a little amped up, and he wishes he had the "Juice Machine" back in his playing days.
