'For the next 90 minutes, nothing else matters except what's going on right here'

After a season in which his Utes finished 5-7 and finished in the bottom third (or worse) of the Pac-12's rushing offense, passing offense, passing efficiency, total offense and scoring offense rankings, Kyle Whittingham shook up his offense. He created the most unique co-coordinator set-ups in college football with 66-year-old Dennis Erickson and 26-year-old Brian Johnson combining to run the Utes' attack.

With Utah's spring game approaching on Saturday, Whittingham likes the progress of his offense.

"There's some good things going on. The offensive line is doing a nice job of protecting the passer, we're doing a nice blocking the run game so I think there's some positives to build on but it's still a work in progress," he said after Monday's practice.

Watch the progress of Utah's offense, accompanied by some snazzy punk rock tunes, below.
